I can only say that dt in Miami is cost-effective, but you get what you get for every penny. First: the cleanliness is extremely poor, and I have committed cleanliness. Second: the front desk obviously saw that it was a Chinese who checked in and said the room was not ready and must be added. The money was upgraded to two bedrooms.... I have two people on my side and told me that both rooms are king size. When I checked in, I found that the small room was a queen bed. I am speechless and will never stay again.

Everything on our stay was perfectly fine. Nice and spacious room. Bath is also great! If you stay at the hotel, go and look for Lazaro, the bartender ar the pool. He is very polite, charismatic and served me and my husband with love and attention.

Hello, Just arriged today,with my wife and my son. Just did a steam room,what a bad welcome from Alessandra (spa reception ( Waiting 15 minutes,Told her it doesn t work.she said ,:"yes it works...with bad behaviour" Return,it wotks 1.seconde after. Need to take training in fairmont qatar or sofitel obelix or burj el arab.or dana langawi. It s important to treat well customer:it s with them you are able to work at the end. Accor platinium is not treat everywhere the same manner,at all.

LOVED everything about our staycation at the SLS Lux. The SLS Lux is one of the nicer hotels my husband and I have stayed at, and we've been to many. First, the decor is beautiful and modern euro/retro. The staff is all welcoing. We stayed in a king bed studio, and it was enormous - had a full dining area, kitchenette, living/seating area. SO clean. The service was impeccable.
It's located right in the heart of Brickell City Center, it's literally next to all of it. There is TONS of dining and shopping, all within walking distance. All the restaurants we went to had amazing food. It is also only a couple blocks from a metro mover station so you can get around to downtown, Bayside, etc.
If I had to nitpick at something, the spa inside the hotel was smaller, but also beautiful and clean and had a great massage.
Overall, it was a little bit of a splurge, but we would definitely stay here again!

2nd time staying at this hotel for a music festival. Friendly and attentive staff. The amenities are also great. The rooms are quite big and spacious. Front desk also did not give me a problem with bringing a few friends over. Pool is pretty but it pretty much rained all weekend so we weren’t able to use it…. Nature’s calling. will def be back next year!

Very expensive for what it is. Poor management. Bad communication between housekeeping. They don't support activities of running and maintaining the rooms. Good location. Overall they don't deliver what they promise (or what we pay for).
