"The hotel is very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and answered the requests quickly. Negative point : I have to re-start twice to get the refund of my caution ( it took 5 days after my departure to finally arrive knowing that I use a direct/instant card with no time ) ! The hotel is simply unnecessary by telephone! Nuisances due aux passages des avions vraiment just au-dessus. Le nettoyage pourrait aussi être amélioré! Pas de navette pour l'aéroport c'est dommage."

"Beautiful hotel located just 5 mins to Kaseya Center. The best choice if you are going to watch a NBA match in the evening. Gym is spacious and clean, love it! The view of Miami from the pool in the morning is breathtaking."

"Hotel itself was fine. Was a bit annoyed that the bar was not open even for a soft drink if wanted till much later. When I went down to get a bite to eat I was informed that most of the menu was not available and my selection was limited to about three items to choose from. What I found most annoying was that apparently they had some type of youth group training going on on my floor which was right next to my room. Numerous times I heard the participants laughing or conversing loudly in the hall way. Whenever I decided to leave my room to go downstairs I had to run through a gantlet of participants who were having their break out session in the hallway of which I had to walk through disrupting their conversations. While they were polite about it, it did make me feel uncomfortable to leave the room while they were doing this. When I did mention to the desk what was going on they told me about the group which was fine but I wish they would have put me on another floor if this was going on. Overall it was just an overnight stay here before a cruise but honestly next time I would choose a different hotel."

"처음 방문할때 도착을 대중교통으로 안내했었으면 좋을 듯 하다. 택시타고 오라고 하는데, 비용이 투숙요금보다 많이 지출할 손님이 오는 그런 호스텔이 아니지 않는가. 처음에는 대중교통이 없는 줄 알았는데 이용하다보니 동네가까이에 좋은 버스 노선이 많았다. 호스텔 소개할때 버스 노선을 소개하면 많은 호응이 있을 것 같다. 장점이 많은 호스텔로 앞으로의 개선과 발전이 기대된다."

"Decent Stay, but Be Prepared for Aircraft Noise. The location of Staybridge Miami Airport is convenient—very close to the airport and easy for early flights or quick layovers. However, the hotel sits right at the end of one of the runways, so you will hear airplane noise throughout the day. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this is something to keep in mind. Overall, the property is fine for short stays, especially if proximity to the airport is your priority, but the constant aircraft noise may not make it ideal for longer visits or those seeking a quiet environment."

"It is very convenient to stay this hotel as the train, metro, Greyhound Flixbus, all around it, only 4minuts walking from Hotel to the above points, the restaurant has served very good meals, the breakfast is also good. We will stay at this hotel in the Future again."

"For the price it was more than adequate considering the area, and parking was free!!"

"Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows. Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean. Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night. Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling. Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money."
