Por ter chegado tarde, nosso quarto foi cedido para outra pessoa e ficamos com um quarto para 03 pessoas e a nossa reserva já paga, era para 05 pessoas. Nosso voo atrasou, chegamos tarde e tivemos que perder tempo e se estressar com essa situação. "I always thought Hilton is a very high end hotel. I was totally disappointed upon arriving at this property. It looks very outdated and rundown.
Toilet is way too low in the washroom.
I didn't know gratuity of 15% is automatically included when I made a purchase at the lobby Herb N' Kitchen. That caught me by surprise.
Free shuttle between hotel and airport is the biggest factor for me to book this hotel."

GGuest UserRight in the center of Coconut Grove, convenient to everything. Bellini Restaurant is quite good, but not stellar. Housekeeping is the best I’ve ever encountered. However, on a Saturday, at noon, they booked a little-kids birthday party at the pool. What? Adults were trying to relax, enjoy the pool, etc., but we were surrounded by a herd of screaming kids. A big mistake. Again, otherwise, a delightful stay.

GGuest UserThe most important thing is that when I checked out, I had to charge my vacation tax repeatedly. I showed them the details of the order email, but they still insisted on collecting it. In the end, I had to call the order platform to solve the problem.

BBeach flotsamPerfectly fine airport hotel with 2 outstanding qualities. 1) location - 3 minute walk to Publix (with a deli counter), CVS, Walgreens etc, very nice Italian restaurant 2) Really lovely staff. Breakfast buffet starts from 6am - hot biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, fruit, waffles etc Courtesy shuttle bus to airport leaves on the hour. Will be staying again.

GGuest UserThis has been and is my favorite hotel in Miami! The location is in the center of Brickell right next to the mall. So it’s possible to walk around. I love the location! The amenities are amazing! I love the pool, I love the gym and the restaurants and bars as well. The rooms are super clean and have a beautiful aesthetic! The entire hotel smells amazing and looks luxurious and amazing as well. You can rent the city bikes for free and have amazing views from the balcony. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind! By far my favorite hotel in Miami!

YYUEMINGYou can see the bay and the bridge from the island, the view is very charming. The hotel is very close to the city's elevated rail station and has convenient transportation. The key is that the elevated monorail in the city of Miami is free and is located in the downtown area. It is a beautiful scenery in itself and should be one of the best in the United States. The Marriott Hotel is the same as the domestic one, and the service is as good as ever. The hotel is also very convenient to lyft to various attractions.

Service attitude is very considerate, room service exaggerated to send a water also A full set of trays, honey, sugar, and plastic wrap. At the door, the boy picks up the baggage, sends the umbrella, sees that you have an empty drink bottle in your hand, and the paper group will ask you if you want me to help you get rid of the trash. TTravel WWGreat location and the room was very spacious. The restaurant offers complimentary hot water, and there's a swimming pool and a gym. My only complaint is that I booked a twin room but was given a king-size room instead, without any explanation, and I'm still working with Ctrip to get this sorted out. The deposit refund was also a bit slow. Apart from that, everything else was good.

The black front desk staff has a bad attitude, no sense of service, and a cold attitude. He neither smiles nor cares for the guests. This hotel is similar to the domestic hyatt regency high-end fast, nothing more.

凌凌檬616In this apartment-style double-tree Hilton hotel, the aisle around the downstairs is not too good, the room floor tiles are a bit old and black, the bathroom ceiling is cracked and wants to fall, and the apartment-style simple decoration. The main thing is to take a sea-view room, a large glass window, and the sea is unobstructed. The big bird chicks cheer on the balcony and sometimes fly into the room (see the third picture uploaded, the bird flew to the table). The open seascape is refreshing.
