Good food, great indoor basketball court, clean pool and friendly staff. Highly recommended for couples and or family and definitely hit up the indoor bowling and arcade. Overall truly clean hotel with excellent room service serving actually hot food

realmente me enojo mucho que no tuvieran los detalles completos de mi reserva por lo que al principio no me dejaban entrar al Concierge lounge.
por otra parte en el concierge lounge ya no incluyen ni cervezas, ni vino ni tragos, para un Concierge lounge de un JW Marriott Marquis esto es inaudito!!!

Horrible service from start to end. Staff do not reply to emails. Asked 5 times for a fridge. 3 times for towels as no one was coming. Got charged for fees we were told were included in the price. Staff just walked in the room while we were inside. Got kicked out of the room and front desk wouldn’t let us back in. There was nothing 5 star about this resort
