3300872****Very satisfied with the hotel and booking experience! I booked the hotel on ”Ctrip”. The hotel is stylishly decorated, clean and sanitary. Check-in and check-out are very fast. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Miami Airport 24 hours a day, every 15 minutes, and the breakfast is on the first floor. It tastes very good. The swimming pool is also on the first floor. Five-star recommendation! The hotel is right next to the airport, very close, you can see the planes taking off and landing, and the sound insulation is very good! Thank you Ctrip!
GGuest UserIf it's midnight, we recommend staying here. The hotel staff was kind. The room is clean and perfect. Breakfast is not as bad as I expected.
GGuest UserThe hotel room was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the mattresses were soft and hard enough for me to sleep well. The air conditioning in the room cooled well and the internet was stable, which fully met my daily needs. The bathroom was clean and hygienic and the quality of the toiletries was good. The taste of the food and beverage was also very good. In addition, there are many snack streets near the hotel, which is convenient for us to taste local specialities. The location of the hotel is also very convenient to the metro station and bus station. In addition, there are many food streets near the hotel, which is convenient for us to taste the local specialities.
Overall, the experience of staying at the hotel was very satisfactory and cost-effective. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come back here in the future 👏.

FFrench DudeLocation:
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but it actually takes a 20-minute detour by car to get there. It's not easy to find because they changed their name to Holiday Inn Express without any clear notification.
Breakfast:
The breakfast area was under renovation, so breakfast had to be taken in the lobby area between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the first day, then it changed to 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM without any notice. The breakfast options were limited: eggs, steak-like items that resembled cardboard, milk cartons, juice, coffee, and bread.
Dining Options:
There are no dining options at the hotel. You have to take an Uber or use Uber Eats to get food, as there are no nearby restaurants, just other hotels. The ongoing renovations meant no restaurant or bar was available on-site.
Rooms:
The rooms are spacious and I loved the sitting area. There are two TVs in the room, and the bathroom is perfect. However, like many American hotels, there were no toothbrush options and no hand showers.
Staff:
The staff were very professional and kind. I appreciated not having to present a credit card since everything was paid online.
Wi-Fi:
The Wi-Fi was good, but you have to re-enter the code every day.
Overall, the Cambria Hotel (now Holiday Inn Express) has its advantages, especially with room size and staff professionalism, but there are significant inconveniences due to the renovations and lack of dining options.
GGiraffaxiaojieaitangtuanThe location is great and convenient for travel! The hotel staff is also very nice. There was a problem with the room's circuit that couldn't be repaired immediately, so the hotel helped to change the room.

JJINGThe hotel is on the side of the road, and the traffic is convenient, but we live on a floor parallel to the elevated road, which is still a bit noisy. The sister at the front desk of the hotel is very polite, the check-in and check-out are very efficient, and the key parking fee is cheap. The original Hampton Inn Suit parking fee was $ 30 per night. The tax is only $ 20 and it is self-parking. The facilities and facilities of the suite are ok. The toilet and bathroom are separate. Large-size TVs have free Internet TVs such as Hulu, and Netflix's trendy movies can still be watched. There is an anti-human design. A light in the partition between the living room and the bedroom will always be on. I haven't found the switch when I searched the room. It is very bad to sleep at night. Breakfast management is also very good, as long as it is a guest, just eat in and out. The variety is good, especially the waffle baking equipment has two sets, the coffee is free to pack, and you can also make hot chocolate drinks. The fruits are only bananas and oranges. That orange is a high-quality blood orange and it tastes great.
GGuest UserHotel itself was fine. Was a bit annoyed that the bar was not open even for a soft drink if wanted till much later. When I went down to get a bite to eat I was informed that most of the menu was not available and my selection was limited to about three items to choose from. What I found most annoying was that apparently they had some type of youth group training going on on my floor which was right next to my room. Numerous times I heard the participants laughing or conversing loudly in the hall way. Whenever I decided to leave my room to go downstairs I had to run through a gantlet of participants who were having their break out session in the hallway of which I had to walk through disrupting their conversations. While they were polite about it, it did make me feel uncomfortable to leave the room while they were doing this. When I did mention to the desk what was going on they told me about the group which was fine but I wish they would have put me on another floor if this was going on. Overall it was just an overnight stay here before a cruise but honestly next time I would choose a different hotel.
HHebert ArmbrusterWe stayed at the hotel for just a few nights and we liked it, it's a typical airport hotel! The shower doesn't get very hot, but it was 35 degrees Celsius, so it wasn't even necessary, hahahahah, we found the bed to be very comfortable.
HHubertLocation SUPER! Food OK. Hotel old, room clean, but so, so. But it was Miami Downtown! If was the second stay in Miami on this winter school holidays trip, so it was
just for one night only.
The boy in the lobby for luggage also did his job well!
The most terrible experience with this stay was the booking by itself. Because making it at the end we felt a bit in a hurry so even
though we made booking 2 days in advance (prior to coming from Orlando), I made there a lapsus by making reservation with the start date.
I was putting in as starting date the date of when reservation was made (also because of outer distractions), so could not cancel it any more (48hrs
before start date of reg. only). So I made and paid second one as well.
Facilities old but still OK (altghough it could be in much better condition; compared let's say to an older hotel by Lake Bled in my country, for example, let's say Hotel Triglav with Restaurant 1906 - I always loved it and I still do, altgough there are many by us (older, where I stayed in) (let's say a dozen, maybe not that famous as this one) (but then again just by us there were a few dozens newer ones (but relative to period of 30yrs I am doing that, then not so many), I did stay in, that were also super at least).
Tried to negotiate a bit with employees in hotel reception, but they put it all back on me again and
said, it was mine and trip.com matter only, relying for us to solve it by ourselves between us...

GGuest UserReview:
I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager.
There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused.
With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back.
When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen.
This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.
