The location was excellent. Only 5 min walk there was access to a big supermarket and many restaurants and bar. The hotel was also very close to a Miami Trolley stop. The bathroom was not very clean though. The corners and under the faucet counters were rather dirty and dusty. The lighting of the room was very poor and insufficient. Even with all the lights on at night, the room was still very dark that I could barely see things clearly.

Our family stayed in the heart of Miami, and we got to see the beautiful Miami Beach from here. It was also convenient to have a microwave in the hotel room.

Stay was generally good overall, they allowed early check in as rooms were available when we arrived which is a plus, only thing is wifi isn’t great kept disconnecting. Overall it’s a good hotel and in a more quiet part of downtown not too far from port of Miami.

Conveniently located for the Miami Port and Airport.
Check-in was quick and ahead of schedule, for which I'm extremely grateful to the staff.
The rooms are spacious and clean. There's a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave, but no dishes.
Breakfast is ok on the 24th floor.
Cons: The bathroom faucets are a bit peeling, but everything works.
There's a railroad track and construction site right outside the window, which creates noise.
Ideal for one or two nights.

Ruby8383The only reason I picked this hotel was its proximity to the airport and the fact that it's one of the few with a 24-hour free airport shuttle. Most hotels in the US are overpriced and rundown; this one felt like an old cucumber trying to pass for fresh, but you can't hide its age. Overall, it was acceptable, definitely meeting a 3-star standard. I slept quite comfortably, and the soundproofing was good enough that I couldn't hear planes taking off or landing. There's a small shop in the lobby selling snacks and Starbucks coffee, which is convenient. Also, here’s a map to the airport shuttle after you arrive: once you grab your luggage, just cross the road to the hotel shuttle pick-up point and look for the bus with the Sheraton logo.

Hotel itself was fine. Was a bit annoyed that the bar was not open even for a soft drink if wanted till much later. When I went down to get a bite to eat I was informed that most of the menu was not available and my selection was limited to about three items to choose from. What I found most annoying was that apparently they had some type of youth group training going on on my floor which was right next to my room. Numerous times I heard the participants laughing or conversing loudly in the hall way. Whenever I decided to leave my room to go downstairs I had to run through a gantlet of participants who were having their break out session in the hallway of which I had to walk through disrupting their conversations. While they were polite about it, it did make me feel uncomfortable to leave the room while they were doing this. When I did mention to the desk what was going on they told me about the group which was fine but I wish they would have put me on another floor if this was going on. Overall it was just an overnight stay here before a cruise but honestly next time I would choose a different hotel.

Guest UserThis hotel was just a 10-minute drive from the airport, so I booked it for one night since I had an early 7 AM flight. It's a pretty standard hotel, a bit old-fashioned perhaps, and the facilities are a little dated, but I didn't have high expectations for a one-night stay. They offer a shuttle service to and from the airport every half hour, no prior booking needed. We took the 5:30 AM shuttle; when we got to the door at 5:26 AM, there was already a long line of guests waiting to get on, each with at least one suitcase. I thought we'd have to wait for the next one, but the driver was amazing. He stacked everyone's luggage one by one in the back, and incredibly, managed to fit all twenty-plus suitcases! We arrived at the airport right on time.

Guest UserRoom, convenience store and everything is nice. Unfortunately the free shuttle takes time to reach the airport since I had to call and wait them to come to pick me up. It takes around 15-25 minutes for them to get to the airport. If I didn’t had a US cel number, which I hadn’t many times as a tourist, it would be hard for me to call the hotel.

Review:
I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager.
There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused.
With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back.
When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen.
This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.
