The room is very clean and tidy. The transportation is very convenient. The waiter is very polite and the service attitude is very good. I feel very good. I will consider staying here next time.

Hotel very well located in Brickell, but without being in the business center, which allows you to leave by car quickly without having traffic. Modern and comfortable installations.

The Hilton Garden Inn South in Brickell is a fake Hilton. The room has a great pungent smell, and it also charges arbitrarily and deducts the deposit indiscriminately. The deposit is not returned, it is simply lazy.

You should never ever go to this hotel, thank me later. At least is a little clean, but with this price you can find a hotel in Miami Beach or somewhere better easily and people who works there won't treat you like trash.

Staying for work. This was convenient off and on Rickenbacker Causeway for me and i felt safe. They have valet available all night, and the front desk was very responsive. Would recommend this property.

The hotel itself was nice. However, they left their pool/outdoor music on all night and they were clueless about their shuttle to the port and lied to us about it. The staff were absolutely clueless... one telling us one thing and the other another thing. My recommendation would be for them to cut ties with their shuttle service.

Check in was ridiculous. They told us "10 minutes" for 45 minutes. No clue what was going on. The process was insane and one of the women just flat out lied about the situation. It just cannot be this hard man

Terrible shower head water pressure, valet only parking for $25/day, no complementary water bottles in room, room cleaning available only every other day, some of the elevators were out of service, breakfast was super basic.
