The hotel's location was perfect, and the catering service was excellent. I also appreciated how quickly I could go between the pool and the main building, though the high number of people using it was a bit of a downside. I realized I should avoid using the pool during the times reserved for the hotel's main guests. If I don't use the pool during its rest hours, it seems more VIP guests will get to enjoy it. It always feels like more guests are using the pool when I'm not there.
Everything else was perfect, and I want to express my respect and gratitude for the staff's kindness, cleanliness, and exemplary behavior. Seeing the staff work so diligently made me feel a little guilty, but also very pleased.

I’ve stayed here before and had a great experience, but this time was disappointing. I prepaid my stay, and when my flight was canceled, the hotel refused to issue a refund or even offer a credit for the missed night. The third-party booking company attempted to work with the hotel, but they declined to accommodate in any way. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled.

It’s a good hotel but that is some hidden charges that they charge you after you leave like we had two rooms they charged it on each room sixty four dollars and one sixty eight dollars which we did not know anything about and when I checked out I asked the lady she said no you’re always $4 only for water
