Choosing this place for our family trip was such a smart decision! Our whole family, from the youngest to the oldest, absolutely loved it. The room was spotless, which made us feel completely at ease. The hostess's warm hospitality really touched us; not only did she personally welcome us, but she also thoughtfully prepared a fresh fruit platter and special local snacks—talk about attention to detail! The local restaurant she recommended was fantastic too, serving authentic and affordable food, saving us the trouble of finding a place ourselves. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit!

Guest UserThe interior has the cozy charm of a traditional mountain chalet: warm, welcoming, and full of character. Excellent value for money. The manager personally picked us up from the train station and guided us to the nearby entrance for our Huashan hike, which was incredibly helpful.
They also offer in-house meals (pictures), a great option if you prefer to stay in for dinner. The location is ideal right at the foot of the mountain range, with tourist spots and the temple where the middle route to the summit begins all within a 30-minute walk.
The surroundings are peaceful and scenic, making it a perfect base for exploring Mount Huashan. Highly recommended for anyone planning a visit.

I booked this place randomly, and to my surprise, the service was absolutely amazing!!! A big thank you to the warm-hearted owner 🌷🌷. The room was very clean, well-laid-out, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. The whole family was so welcoming. They even offered pick-up and drop-off service from the train station and the visitor center. The breakfast in the morning was delicious too. It was a truly satisfying experience, and it's a shame I didn't take any photos during my stay. I'll definitely recommend your place to any friends visiting Mount Hua in the future!

I chose this hotel because it is about a 20 minute walk from Huashanbei (north) station. Check in was quick, the room was comfortable and not loud (even though it was facing the road), and the breakfast buffet was small but tasty. Helpfully, the Huashan tourist center (to enter the mountain) is a straight line down the main road, about a 4-minute taxi ride.
There is a supermarket across the road, and 0lwbty do restaurants in the surrounding area.

During the National Day holiday, a group of five of me and my friends booked three rooms on Ctrip. After arriving, the boss upgraded us to a deluxe king-size room. The room was very well decorated and equipped with excellent facilities, and the courtyard environment was also very good. In the evening, we had iron pot stew in his courtyard, which tasted good. My friends were in a good mood and had a small drink. Then we sat around the big tea table in the courtyard to drink tea and chat. It was very pleasant. The elegant environment and the good mood relieved the fatigue and exhaustion of the journey. The next morning, since we had plenty of time and the itinerary was relatively slow, we spread out the tea set on the terrace outside the room, leisurely savored the tea for more than an hour, and enjoyed the self-playing and singing songs of Ningxia youth under the grape trellis on the first floor for free. When we were happy, the boss (a capable female boss) came on stage and sang a song ”Sky”. We said goodbye to each other in applause and laughter. I look forward to getting the opportunity to stay here again next time.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and nice and comes with a big screen. Breakfast choices are limited but adequate. There are free transport services to and fro huashanbei train station and also to and fro huashan attraction that is really helpful for foreigners. You can call the hotel via trip.com free Internet call to arrange for transport. The staff also helped us buy the cable car and bus tickets to huashan and gave us free gloves. We had dinner there, and the food was delicious (I really loved the 2 dishes I posted). We are also very honoured to be invited to a pre-release sunset photo taking experience at their rooftop with a very huge glass panel that you can stand/sit on to take instagram worthy photos. I believe the free photo shoot will likely be available soon for hotel guests. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the hotel.

zx2018The hotel is very clean and offers a shuttle service to the high-speed train station. The room layout is spacious, which I really appreciate as I don't like feeling cramped. Haha, I originally planned to drive because I couldn't get train tickets and the hotel has free parking, but then I managed to snag high-speed rail tickets for the May Day holiday – a pleasant surprise! I'll definitely stay here again for my third trip to Huashan.

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a leisure courtyard between the front and back floors of the hotel. The sound of the stream at night is particularly pleasant under the light.
The most important thing is that I feel the sincere service from the boss to the service staff.
This time I came out on a whim, just to take the children out and stay away from mobile phones, so I left in a hurry. I didn't make a guide to Huashan, thinking that everything would be fine if I bought a cable car ticket. I found out on the train that I had to buy tickets, but the tickets on the official website were sold out. I had to embark on the journey, and my wife encouraged me to say that it was okay, as long as I came out, it didn't matter where I went, I would try my luck, and I was a little calmer. I kept swiping tickets on the train, but to no avail. So I put my hope on the god of luck.
When I checked in at our protagonist hotel, I told my situation to our front desk staff. She immediately left my mobile phone number and said she would help me contact her, which was very comforting. Because May Day was too hot, I made many calls, but to no avail. So they gave me some advice. During this process, there were two other people who were traveling by car but didn't have tickets. Thanks to the help of the hotel staff, they bought tickets for the night climb and asked me if I was interested. They could help me introduce them to take a ride with them. Although I felt it was not appropriate, I gradually calmed down my self-blame and regret. Even if I didn't climb Huashan, I thought it was worth it to meet such enthusiastic service.
Fortunately, with my continuous efforts to swipe tickets, the god of luck really came. I actually missed two tickets for the next morning. I was so lucky. But the problem came again. The child's ticket was not bought, so I sought help from the service staff again. This time I was lucky to meet the boss's wife again. I called an acquaintance in the scenic area directly and told them about our situation. As a result, it met the special ticket type and I just needed to go to the ticket office to make up the ticket. Happy 😁, the ticket problem was finally solved. The rest is what the hotel is good at, enthusiastic service.
1. Help us make a car according to our itinerary.
2. The hotel's food is delicious and suits my taste.
3. Many people in the hotel get up early to go up the mountain, and they also moved up the breakfast time.
4. The more considerate service is that when we came back from the mountain, the itinerary changed, and it was raining, so we had to check out and catch the bus. The hotel specially sent a car to take us to the high-speed rail station.
I am very grateful for the enthusiastic help of the hotel staff this time.
So if you want to have a comfortable and quiet trip, I recommend you to come to this hotel.

The hotel is located close to Huashan Station, inside the villa. The hotel space is relatively large, clean and tidy. The door opening and closing of the room is too loud, and the sound insulation effect is not ideal, which affects rest. There are not many types of breakfast, and the choices are not large. The restaurant on the first floor tastes too strong and salty! The front desk service awareness is poor, the knowledge of Huashan tourism is insufficient, and there are misleading situations, which seriously affect the itinerary arrangements! Very bad experience

Highly recommended! The owner picked me up from the station when I arrived at Mount Hua that morning. I rested at the hotel in the afternoon and had some delicious home-cooked food. For my night climb up Mount Hua, after watching the sunrise the next day, and even when I was leaving the inn for the station, the owner promptly arranged transportation every time. The inn is very close to Mount Hua, just a few minutes' drive from the owner. I recommend everyone climbing Mount Hua to stay here!
