"This is by far the best guesthouse I've seen at the foot of a scenic mountain. The hostess is beautiful and friendly, and the service is absolutely top-notch. The hotel exceeded our expectations – it's super clean, hygienic, and offers excellent value for money. We stayed in a family room, and we could even see trains passing by outside our window, which made for great photos! Meals are available right at the guesthouse, cooked by them, and they are both affordable and delicious. All in all, it's fantastic, and we'll definitely be back if we get the chance!"

"This has to be the best guesthouse I've stayed at in years. The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with a selection of different pillows. I'm a very light sleeper, but I slept wonderfully here; it was so quiet. It's also very close to the scenic spots. The owners are genuinely kind and hardworking; their recommendations were excellent and never felt like a sales pitch. The food at the guesthouse is also delicious. The owners even offered pick-up and drop-off whenever they had time, which was such a thoughtful touch. This is truly the most touching guesthouse experience I've had. I wish them all the best with their business!"

I loved the room layout, and after checking the bedding and bathroom, I couldn't find a single flaw in the cleanliness. The best part is they offer shuttle service to and from the North High-Speed Rail Station, provide gloves for hiking, and the laundry room is clean and smells fresh. The housekeeping staff were polite and friendly, and the front desk service was excellent too. Overall, I'm very satisfied with everything."

The owner contacted me in advance to arrange pick-up and drop-off to and from the high-speed train station and the visitor center, all completely free. I didn't have to worry about transportation at all, and it helped me avoid getting scammed by unofficial taxis. The room was clean and tidy, and I could see the outline of Mount Huashan right from the window. What truly impressed me was the breakfast. It had everything: porridge, steamed rolls, eggs, and even local specialties. It was filling and healthy, giving me plenty of energy for climbing. After descending the mountain, I was exhausted, but as soon as I reached the visitor center, I saw our ride waiting. This kind of thoughtful service is so heartwarming. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

Due to a tight schedule, we had to leave early the next morning at 5 AM. To my surprise, when the manager found out, they specially woke up early to personally drive us to the visitor center. On a rainy day, they kindly reminded us to add layers and stay warm. Knowing our schedule was packed, they thoughtfully upgraded us to a complimentary drop-off service – so many thoughtful details that were incredibly heartwarming. Front desk staff were gentle and patient, explaining the hotel's layout in detail and clearly informing us about the breakfast area times and laundry room location. The service was attentive and considerate. The room itself was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The only minor regret was that it was raining, which slightly affected the scenery during our outing. Overall, the experience was excellent, offering incredible value for money. The staff were very attentive, helping us set out our slippers and water, and even providing towels – a very thoughtful touch. The rest restaurant offered plenty of free fruit, including bananas and pears, and the snacks were delicious. There were also large sofas in the rest area, which the children loved. We booked two rooms, and the beds were very comfortable. One slight drawback was that there was construction nearby, with workers working day and night, which affected our sleep. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Since it's winter, the hot springs weren't too crowded. There's also an artificial lake outside the hotel with beautiful scenery – stunning mountains and water views, and a small bridge."

There's a large rooftop terrace with a view of Mount Hua! The owners are genuinely warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. We had so many questions about the Mount Hua climbing routes, cable car times, and more, and the owner patiently and thoroughly answered them all, offering lots of practical advice. They provide pick-up and drop-off service, and they even waited patiently for us on our return journey, which was so heartwarming. The owner is an excellent cook, and their home-cooked meals are delicious. Before our climb, they thoughtfully provided us with climbing gloves and prayer ribbons. The breakfast is fantastic value for money, only 10 yuan for a filling meal with steamed buns, eggs, and congee. The overall atmosphere is simple and warm, and it's super convenient for climbing. Friends planning a trip to Mount Hua can choose this place with confidence; I genuinely recommend it!"
