The overall feeling of staying this time is quite good, all aspects are quite satisfactory. The room was cleaned up, the things inside could be used, the facilities were quite complete, and the living was very comfortable. The front desk staff are very good, and the work is also neat. If you have any questions, you can respond in time. The public areas in the hall and corridors are also cleaned very diligently, and the environment looks refreshing and tidy. The location is also ok, and travel is very convenient. On the whole, there is nothing wrong with the environment, service or hardware, which is fully in line with the expectations in my heart. The price is not bad, the whole stay process is very smooth. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this one, and I recommend everyone to come and live.

The location is not far from Huashan North Station, about 5 minutes' drive, and there is a train station pick-up service (prior reservation required). The front desk and cleaning staff are very polite and enthusiastic, often offering assistance and greetings on their own initiative. A rare hospitality. There are washing machines and dryers for washing dirty clothes during the trip, and the hotel also provides a very considerate room delivery service. You don't have to wait there for the washing and drying to be completed. Just write a list and stick it in front of the washing machine, and the hotel staff will help you deal with the clothes and deliver them to the room. This is a rare thoughtful service in other hotels. The room we stayed in was close to the road, but it was not noisy at all. The overall accommodation effect is very satisfactory.

The hotel boasts a prime location, close to Huashan North Railway Station and the Huashan Scenic Area. A school is right outside the window, and despite being on a main street, it's not noisy even on weekends. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, making it very convenient. The environment is clean and hygienic, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the breakfast provides the basic energy needed for hiking. Most importantly, the shuttle service is excellent value! They pick you up from the station—drop you off at the scenic area—pick you up again at the scenic area—and drop you off again, all on time and with incredibly friendly staff. A very satisfying stay (they even upgraded my room for free and gave me hiking gloves!).

After I checked out, I found that I had left behind some electronic products. The hotel staff immediately helped me follow up and find the lost items. Thank you very much. The environment is clean and the service is courteous. Will come again.

I would come back again. Just that view on a mountain was awesome, birds chirping in the morning...at least until 7.30 when buses will start to drive. It actually looks better in reality. We came with a car, but it's easy to get there by public transportation too (delivery can enter as well). Twin rooms are more spacious than a tent with a bunk bed, that's what I saw. High ceilings, wood inside ( with a bit strong smell of acrylic paint that eventually disappeared, pretty comfortable beds for western standard, clean floors...a bathroom was the most outdated facility, a more cleaning in a shower area would be welcome. An AC worked normally, a water kettle, toiletries, everything was fine. Chinese breakfast, no coffee or bread, but you could choose other things for yourself. A swimming pool was not working. Great spots for barbecue, lots of shadow, little water streams, spots for kids to play outside. Kind and helpful personal, fast on answer, with basic English. Nature was amazing.

The hotel is located close to Huashan Station, inside the villa. The hotel space is relatively large, clean and tidy. The door opening and closing of the room is too loud, and the sound insulation effect is not ideal, which affects rest. There are not many types of breakfast, and the choices are not large. The restaurant on the first floor tastes too strong and salty! The front desk service awareness is poor, the knowledge of Huashan tourism is insufficient, and there are misleading situations, which seriously affect the itinerary arrangements! Very bad experience

This time I chose this hotel, which is very good overall. The environment is clean and tidy, the room is comfortable, the service is thoughtful, it makes people feel very comfortable, the facilities are complete, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the experience is perfect, and there are gifts that can be brought up the mountain when checking in, which is great! Worth recommending

We had two adults and three children to enjoy the hot springs. The place was very clean. The staff were very attentive, helping us set out our slippers and water, and even providing towels – a very thoughtful touch. The rest restaurant offered plenty of free fruit, including bananas and pears, and the snacks were delicious. There were also large sofas in the rest area, which the children loved. We booked two rooms, and the beds were very comfortable. One slight drawback was that there was construction nearby, with workers working day and night, which affected our sleep. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Since it's winter, the hot springs weren't too crowded. There's also an artificial lake outside the hotel with beautiful scenery – stunning mountains and water views, and a small bridge.
