我們五人入住豪華家庭小屋,期望與真實有落差。毛巾和床墊不足,wi-fi是壞的,沒有冷氣機遙控,浴室破舊,好像回到90年代的感覺,露台地板佈滿塵埃,衛生有待改善 。
我們入住度假村,原來要先到山下的酒店前枱辦入住手續,指示欠清晰。
這裏是沒有升降機的,如有老人家或行動不方便者,慎選！

Feels like a Southeast Asian resort
Feels like an old villa in Jeju Island
It has a live cafe, is spacious, has a coastal view, and the palm forest tree exterior is nice.
I don't know if it's because it's a resort, but the temperature and cleanliness inside are so-so. I think it would be better after some remodeling.
It was chilly at night, so I raised the temperature in the south, but no matter how much I raised it, it was still cold.

During my stay of 5 nights and 6 days, I received room cleaning and bedroom furniture replacement once. I am slightly dissatisfied, but I am even more dissatisfied with Trip.com. I wish they would be more proactive when customers report inconveniences like other travel agencies.
