GGuest UserI came to Wuhan for Chinese New Year and stayed at the Qingshan New Century Hotel because my friend lives nearby. It seems like a new hotel, and all the facilities are excellent. The breakfast was also very rich, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. My only complaint is the open-plan bathroom, which I really didn't like, but that's a design issue. The hotel service was fantastic, and they even offered a shuttle service to Wuhan Station, which was a pleasant surprise.

GGuest UserI chose Tingtao No. 2 based on reviews saying its facilities were newer. However, the front desk service at Tingtao No. 2 truly has that state-owned enterprise vibe 🥹. Before arriving at the hotel, I couldn't find a walking route from the subway station to Tingtao No. 2 on my phone's map, so I called the front desk. To my surprise, their directions were completely wrong! At the time, a mature-sounding female voice from the front desk told me to take the 'Provincial Museum exclusive passage' after getting off the subway. But after exiting the subway, I couldn't find anything labeled 'Provincial Museum exclusive passage.' I called the front desk again under the scorching sun, and this mature-sounding female voice actually argued with me. Just then, after exiting the subway, Huangli Road appeared. I asked if I should just follow this road, and described the shop names I saw along the way, including whether to turn at intersections. This mature-sounding female voice from the front desk actually said she didn't know 🤷. I asked the front desk to transfer me to someone else. A younger female voice, with a much better attitude, then told me how to get there and seemed quite familiar with the surroundings. Upon arriving at the hotel entrance, since the hotel is quite large, I saw there was an electric shuttle service. So I called the front desk to ask for a shuttle. After waiting for 3-5 minutes, no car came. I called the front desk again, and they gave me the driver's mobile number, telling me to contact the driver myself. I called the driver's phone, and then a fully loaded electric shuttle appeared in the distance, telling me that was the car. After I got on, it dropped me off at the back entrance of Tingtao No. 2 and then drove off. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs from the back entrance to reach the front desk of Tingtao No. 2 🥲. The hotel environment is excellent, the breakfast is good, and the facilities aren't old. During my stay, there were groups for conferences, training, and various activities, but it wasn't noisy. I apologize for having high expectations for the hotel, but I truly can't praise the front desk service. Perhaps the front desk at Tingtao No. 2 (especially an older female receptionist) thought my individual booking wasn't worth serving 🤣.

GGuest UserMy company's headquarters are here, so I'm always traveling to Optics Valley for business. I've stayed in pretty much every hotel around, but I still prefer the Marriott. Even though it's a bit pricier than others, this is already my 'nth' stay. This time, as a member, I got an upgrade to a suite, which was a great experience, truly impressive! The room was spacious and bright, with excellent ventilation – it felt so refreshing. The doorman always actively helps open and close car doors, which is really commendable, especially with the summer heat. Honestly, I've seen many hotels with service staff just standing there, but the Marriott is different. Oh, and the staff in the hallway always greet you with a warm smile when they pass by. This shows the hotel truly values training in every aspect – solid! As for the location, it's not downtown, which might seem out of the way for others, but for me, with my company here, it's actually convenient. Finally, let's talk about breakfast. Before, I always went for the hot dry noodles, which were a bit too dry. This time, I tried the beef noodles, and they were fantastic! The beef was flavorful and tender, and the rice noodles were delicate. I'm definitely switching to beef noodles from now on. I hope the service quality remains consistently high for my next stay.

GGuest UserThis hotel is truly fantastic! Even though I arrived early, well before check-in time, the front desk allowed me to check in right away. The front desk staff provided excellent and swift service, and they also informed me about some of the hotel's additional services. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the facilities and amenities well-equipped. The airport transfer service was also great; perhaps because it's Chinese New Year's Eve, the boss himself drove us to the airport in a Mercedes-Benz!

GGuest UserI like the architectural style of the hotel. The fragrance in the hotel is also very comfortable. The environment is very good and suitable for taking pictures. The room is also large and quiet. All the facilities are very smart. ZOE at the front desk also upgraded it for free. The cleaning aunties are also very nice. Very enthusiastic, highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe connecting room came with a living room, which was a pleasant surprise and quite spacious. It's perfect for families traveling with children. The room's design had many thoughtful little details, and the bed was very comfortable. The food at Zhengyuan Chinese Restaurant was also great; we polished off everything on our first meal. The beef noodles at the noodle shop were delicious too. The coffee shop didn't disappoint either. The Sanxian Doupi (three-delicacy bean curd sheet) at breakfast was especially tasty. Room service was also very prompt.

AAnonymous UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Wuhan Riverside, and I can confidently say that it was one of the finest hotel experiences I have ever had. What truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Manager Herry Huang. From the moment I arrived, Herry demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His ability to anticipate guests’ needs and provide personalized assistance is a rare quality that sets him apart. The hotel itself is absolutely remarkable. The facilities are elegant, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Every detail reflects the high standards expected from a world-class Hilton property. However, what distinguishes this hotel from many other luxury hotels is its people. Herry Huang and his team embody the true meaning of hospitality. Their warmth, dedication, and commitment to excellence transformed a great stay into an unforgettable one. I have stayed at many hotels around the world, but the level of care and service I received here was genuinely exceptional. Hilton Wuhan Riverside has set a benchmark for what a luxury hotel experience should be. My sincere thanks to Herry Huang and the entire hotel team for making my stay so memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wuhan and will undoubtedly choose it again in the future. A perfect experience in every way.

GGuest UserThe room has a fantastic view, especially at night. There's a mirror directly opposite the window, and when evening comes, it reflects the outdoor scenery beautifully. It's truly stunning. In the evening, the Yijing Corridor had a ball game playing, and the resident singer was not only beautiful but had an even more amazing voice. You could even request songs, which was a huge plus. The hotel's location is excellent. There's a Manner coffee shop on the first floor, and just down the street, you'll find Tea Color Yuese and several crayfish restaurants, all within about a kilometer. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. However, on the first morning, while I was still asleep, I was repeatedly woken up by housekeepers knocking on the door asking if I wanted cleaning. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered something like that.

GGuest UserI stopped over in Wuhan for a night and the accommodation exceeded my expectations. We checked in smoothly with our pet, and there were no additional charges. The hotel did a great job assigning our room, and the soundproofing was excellent. It was the first time my dog slept so soundly outside of our home; she didn't spend the whole night on guard. We kept our dog in a stroller in the public areas. While the hotel is pet-friendly in that it allows pets, there's still room for improvement. For example, the pet bed provided isn't very useful, as most pet owners know that pets won't readily sleep in an unfamiliar bed with unfamiliar scents. Perhaps a pet playpen would be better. Providing pet pads, diapers, and even pheromone sprays for anxiety or flea/tick sprays would truly make it feel pet-friendly. Nevertheless, I'm happy to see that brand-name hotels are gradually opening up to and improving their pet policies, and I believe things will only get better in the future. Aside from the pet aspect being quite satisfactory, I really need to complain about the hotel breakfast. I arrived at the restaurant around 9:45 AM, knowing the hotel was full and breakfast would be crowded, so I specifically tried to avoid peak hours. When I got to the entrance, both the hostess and manager were looking down, and there was no one to seat us. All the trays were empty, and people were scrambling to find plates. I didn't see any service staff in the dining area; it was the head chef who brought out the plates. The food was cleared very quickly by 9:55 AM. I asked an employee who was clearing the food for a main serving spoon to eat my cereal, and she told me they only had ceramic spoons, and that the stainless steel ones were only for the serving counter. The Americano coffee machine at the coffee bar only filled cups about 60% of the way. The restaurant manager really needs to contact the supplier to adjust the machine. What I also can't understand is why the omelet station, which is a key QA check for the Marriott brand, has been changed. There are no more omelets, and although they made sunny-side up eggs, I'm still a bit confused. I've never stayed at a Sheraton before, so perhaps the standards are different? On a positive note, I want to praise the chef at the noodle station. She was incredibly enthusiastic, and the beef noodles were delicious. Even though it was close to closing time, she maintained her warmth and enthusiasm, which was really lovely. However, there's a small detail: the chopsticks provided for eating noodles aren't ideal for picking up the noodles. I observed that most guests were business travelers, and it's very easy for soup to splash onto their clothes. Because of this, I didn't finish my delicious beef noodles.

ZZeijiushidalianrenThe hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable. It's situated right on Yanjiang Avenue, directly across from a huge riverside park. You can step downstairs and immediately enjoy views of the Yangtze River, cherry blossoms, and the night cruise boats – no need to go anywhere else. Right next to the hotel are the Soong Ching Ling Former Residence and the Wuhan Municipal Government building. Behind it is the Wuhan Women's Federation, and the famous Bagong House is a short walk away. It's quite luxurious and grand. The hotel's swimming pool and amenities are all excellent and fully equipped. However, I generally wouldn't recommend the hotel breakfast. There isn't much to choose from; it's probably the worst breakfast I've had at a five-star hotel. If you have the option, definitely stay in an executive suite. You can enjoy river views right from your bed, and the toiletries are all brand-name products. For food delivery, you'll need to go downstairs to pick it up yourself. The hotel can deliver it to your room, but it's slow.
