"The hotel's facilities are top-notch, as expected from a Ritz-Carlton, with a grand yet sophisticated interior design that seems to incorporate elements of the Yangtze River, perfectly reflecting Wuhan's urban character – I personally love it. The location is also excellent, very close to Jianghan Road and Wushang H&M. The guest services department even contacted me a few days in advance to inquire about my itinerary, which was incredibly thoughtful. A pleasant surprise was that the hotel already uses robots to deliver takeout, something I haven't seen in other luxury brands I've stayed at. Thumbs up to The Ritz-Carlton Wuhan for its human-centric approach and keeping up with the times! (P.S. The bar also serves great drinks.)"

She even upgraded our room and gave us recommendations for local specialties. I recommend it to anyone traveling with children."

"The 270-degree river view room offers an unbeatable view. There's no need to splurge on an executive floor; even mid-level floors provide a nice view of the greenery. Watching the light show from 7-10 PM while enjoying a bubble bath is pure bliss! It's super close to Huangpi South Road, and I highly recommend staying here when visiting Wuhan. The only minor issue is that the riverside road can be a bit congested during peak hours, but booking a taxi in advance easily solves that problem, especially given the hotel's excellent location. The heated pool and 24-hour gym are a lifesaver after indulging in some carbs!"

The water temperature was perfect, no annoying fluctuations. The toiletries were also great; full-sized Acca Kappa, not those tiny samples. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, the dishes are fresh, and adults and children can find their favorite food. The public area of the hotel is clean and tidy, saving time and effort. Outside the window is a wide view, you can enjoy the scenery in your leisure time. The front desk service is patient and meticulous, and the location is convenient. It is very suitable for families to stay for a long time or multiple days. The next trip will give priority to choosing here!"
