"The location is super convenient, directly across from T2. You just need to cross the road to get here. The hotel facilities are excellent; my room faced the inner garden and was very quiet. Breakfast starts at 6 AM and offers a good variety of options. The restaurant on the first floor is reasonably priced, and they serve dishes in clay pots, which is quite unique. I got two dishes for just a few dozen yuan, which was great value."

Firstly, I arrived early, around 1 PM on the first day, and they immediately arranged a room for me. On the second day, they extended my check-out time until 2 PM. Secondly, I felt the original room didn't have a direct enough river view, so I specifically called the front desk, and a staff member named Xiao Lei helped me switch rooms. When I returned after dinner and a movie, the room had already been changed. Thirdly, the quality of the late-night snack was surprisingly good, exceeding my expectations. The next morning, I woke up quite late and had planned to go out for breakfast. Due to the rain, I decided to just buy something, but since I went down late, the front desk still offered two complimentary breakfasts. Upon check-out, they even gave me a souvenir. Thumbs up!"

"The decor is nice and the soundproofing between rooms is excellent. The duvet and pillows were down, which I wasn't used to at first, but it was actually quite good, haha. At 7 PM, they offer free congee and tea eggs in the lobby, which was perfect as my teeth were a bit sore, and the warm congee helped a lot. The hotel has a self-service laundry room with washers and dryers. They also offer a laundry service (where they'll even load the machine for you), which I didn't use, but it seems like a great option if you're staying longer. There's also a free gym and a meeting room (inquire at the front desk if you need to use it). If you need any disposable items, just ask at the front desk or mention it to the cleaning staff – it's no trouble at all. If you want breakfast at the hotel, you can inquire about adding it when you check in."

"My stay at Dorsett Hotel really exceeded expectations. The location is super convenient, with plenty of food, drinks, and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable – I slept soundly all night. Both the front desk and the housekeeping staff were very polite and provided thoughtful service without being intrusive. It's excellent value for money. "Choosing this hotel for my trip to ***** was a brilliant decision! The location is absolutely superb, right next to the riverfront, within walking distance of popular attractions like Yellow Crane Tower, Hubu Alley, and Tan Hualin. It made exploring, eating, and sightseeing incredibly convenient and stress-free. Turn left and a short walk takes you directly to Hubu Alley's delicious food – perfect for those who like to take it easy! Turn right and you're soon at the Yangtze River Bridge, where you can even take a ferry. Super convenient! Over there, Jianghan Road is also very lively, especially on weekends when it's bustling with people. You can even take the ferry back, so handy!
The hotel environment is elegant. As soon as I entered, I was captivated by the unique crystal leaf chandelier, showcasing excellent design. It's great for photos! On both sides of the entrance wall, there are pictures of popular attractions along with their names – such a thoughtful touch, heehee.
The service was incredibly heartwarming, with a hundred thoughtful amenities and meticulous attention to detail on countless items. The most, most, most, most recommendable feature is that the room is equipped with a disposable kettle. I've stayed at so many hotels, and this is the first time I've seen one, solving the problem of being hesitant to use hotel kettles. Brilliant! There are also free-to-borrow items like makeup mirrors, curling irons, and garment steamers, with a huge variety. Plus, unlimited free drinks, ice cream, and fruit are available – great for parents with kids! Children's toys are also available for free loan. Toothbrushes and slippers are perfectly arranged. The room lighting is also very warm, creating a super cozy atmosphere. The hotel also has a laundry room in the public area on the first floor, with separate wet and dry areas and a dryer. It’s great to be able to wash clothes while traveling and take them away clean and fresh; it really lifts your spirits.
The hygiene was clean and tidy, and the service was enthusiastic and efficient. Whatever I needed, I just contacted the front desk, and it was resolved immediately, with no delays. I really like this approach.
Upon check-out, I was able to store my luggage, which was very convenient. I could go out and explore after checking out without any extra weight – absolutely fantastic.

No. 4 of Scenic Hotels in Hubei"My wife and I recently visited Wuhan and stayed at the Donghu Hotel's Tingtao Building No. 2. We were immediately struck by how massive it was, surrounded by lush greenery – truly a natural oxygen bar. Strolling through what felt like a forest was incredibly enjoyable, and the beauty of East Lake was breathtaking. It's no wonder they call it Wuhan's State Guesthouse. Our room wasn't huge, but it was very clean, cozy, and odor-free. The bathroom was spacious, featuring both a shower and a bathtub. The service was top-notch; we truly felt like valued guests and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel itself is an attraction, with beautiful birdsong and fragrant flowers. It's also conveniently located near many other sights like the East Lake Greenway, Liyuan Garden, Wuhan University, the Hubei Provincial Museum, and Yellow Crane Tower. Staying at Donghu Hotel is definitely the right choice when visiting Wuhan."

No. 4 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Hubei"I traveled before the May Day holiday rush, and for 800 yuan for two nights, I guess that's the going rate in ***** for this kind of place. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic; you step right out of Exit H of Metro Line 6 and it's right there. It's convenient for getting anywhere, and whatever you want to buy or eat, you can find it. The front desk is on the 26th floor, and we stayed on the 22nd. On second thought, though, security felt a bit lacking. There are many hotels in the building, and anyone can take the elevator to any floor they want; the key card only offers a slight convenience. The room had a small window that couldn't be opened. On the day I checked in, they said they upgraded me to a king-size bed, so when I saw the room, I honestly couldn't imagine what a non-upgraded room would look like. On the first day, there were no disposable slippers in the room. I called the front desk to ask where they were, and the lady kept insisting where they *should* be. Finally, I got a bit frustrated and said, 'Why don't you come and check if they're actually there?' After the room was cleaned on the second day, I saw where the slippers were placed, and it made me even more certain they simply forgot to put them in the day before. The hotel is less than a 20-minute walk to the ferry terminal, which is very convenient. Right outside, you can catch buses 727 and 1 directly to Shanhaiguan Road. So, if location is your priority, this place is perfect. However, the breakfast was truly, truly terrible – slow to replenish, poor taste, and limited variety. If I could book a rate without breakfast, I'd definitely skip it! I only took one photo of the hotel: a toothpick from the restaurant. You can tell from the quality of the toothpicks provided that the service isn't great."
