Any requests we had were met promptly, and the service details were very considerate. The room facilities were well-maintained, new, and spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered an excellent city view right from the room. The overall decor was cozy and atmospheric, perfect for a romantic getaway. The hotel's location is also very convenient for getting around. It's close to commercial areas and subway stations, saving us a lot of time whether we were exploring Jianghan Road or visiting nearby attractions. We'll definitely prioritize staying here again on our next trip to Wuhan, and I highly recommend it to other couples visiting the city."

For leisure, I could go downstairs to play pool. My late check-out was also smoothly arranged. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations."

"I came to Wuhan for Chinese New Year and stayed at the Qingshan New Century Hotel because my friend lives nearby. It seems like a new hotel, and all the facilities are excellent. The breakfast was also very rich, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. My only complaint is the open-plan bathroom, which I really didn't like, but that's a design issue. The hotel service was fantastic, and they even offered a shuttle service to Wuhan Station, which was a pleasant surprise."

"The room was fantastic. Angus from the Executive Lounge was waiting for us on the first floor when we checked in. The next morning, he even asked how we slept and if we had breakfast. A lamp on my in-room dining table wasn't working the night before, and he had it fixed by breakfast the next day. He even went to the room to confirm the repair was complete. In the afternoon, he helped me arrange a car to go out. He was off on the third day, which was my check-out day, but he had a colleague send me a small gift. In fact, all the staff in the Executive Lounge team had excellent service attitudes, greeting us proactively and speaking softly. When we checked out, they even walked us to the elevator. The food in the Executive Lounge was also delicious; my son said it was second only to the Ritz-Carlton in Nanjing. It was a holiday that day, and after dinner, they even gave me a bouquet of flowers, which made me very happy, and I took photos. Back in the room, they also sent a fruit platter. All in all, the Ritz-Carlton will definitely be my first choice when I come to Wuhan!"
