"The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was fresh. The soundproofing was much better than expected (barely heard any planes taking off or landing). There's a free shuttle bus, which was punctual and efficient. From the lobby to the room, every staff member I encountered smiled and greeted me proactively. During my stay, Ms. Allie from guest relations was very attentive, informing me about the hotel's facilities and helping me keep an eye on my flight status. The service was truly outstanding! It's really impressive to maintain such a high standard of service at an airport hotel, which is typically a high-turnover environment."

"Attended a Nicholas Tse concert over the weekend. Didn't book a place near the stadium, but stayed by the river, and the river view was great, plus the room was quiet. Couldn't see the light show because it was cloudy and rainy. It's located on a high floor of the Ping An Tower, so the view is excellent. The location is superb, with the subway and pedestrian street right downstairs. The Zhou Hei Ya was delicious, and the crayfish were big and very tasty!"
