3-Star Hotels in Wuhan

This is a guesthouse I often stay at when I'm on business trips. The rooms are clean and tidy, quiet at night, and I can sleep in until I naturally wake up. It's convenient for getting around; you can drive right to the door, and there's parking available. There's also a washing machine, and the staff are friendly and helpful, even helping to collect and hang up the laundry. They turn on the air conditioning in advance and offer chilled watermelon. I've already recommended it to several friends.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even upgraded my room for free! Plus, there's a complimentary breakfast downstairs. The hotel is super easy to find – just follow your navigation right to the entrance. My room was spotless; the sink and toilet were sparkling clean, which made me feel very comfortable. Best of all, the price was fantastic, offering excellent value for money. Highly recommend it!

The location is decent. We mostly used Didi to get around and most places were about 15–25 minutes away. We didn’t explore many shops or eateries nearby since food delivery via ******* was very convenient, and the robot delivered orders directly to the room. The room size was comfortable and the pillows were great. One thing to note is that you need to know how to properly adjust the air conditioning system, otherwise the room can become quite cold when the outdoor temperature drops. Housekeeping, however, seemed inconsistent. Amenities were not always refilled promptly, and we’re not sure why the extra blanket layer was removed during the first day of cleaning and never returned for the rest of our stay, even after we requested it. While the hotel is responsive via WeChat and replies quickly, the follow-up could be improved. For example, the TV network in our room did not work. A technician was sent to check, but after several attempts over three days, we were simply informed that it could not be fixed, and no alternative solution or recovery was offered. Overall, the stay was comfortable in terms of space and basic amenities, but service consistency and issue resolution could definitely be improved.

The location is really close to the train station, about 10mins to the station entrance. The staff there very friendly and helpful. The service is superb. The cleaning team are very professional too. The overall cleanliness is great. Value for money. I will definitely stay with orange hotel again.

The hotel's front desk service is very enthusiastic, the rooms are clean and hygienic, the sound insulation is very good, and it is also very convenient. Takeaways will be delivered to the room by robots, and the laundry room has washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient.

The boss is very enthusiastic! He helped to communicate with the greenway security to let us pass. It was cold when we left, but he also gave us a cup of warm American coffee. The stay was very comfortable, with a full sense of interior design.

This Orange Hotel is conveniently located, just a few dozen meters away from Exit A of Chuhehan Street subway station. It is less than half an hour away from Wuhan Station by subway, so it is quiet in the bustle. I really recommend staying here. There are not as many people as Jianghan Road. It is very convenient no matter where you go. There is CapitaLand 1818 opposite the hotel, so eating and drinking is not a problem at all. It is also very close to Chuhe Han Street, and takeaways can be delivered to the room by robots. The service attitude is very good, especially Jingjing at the front desk. She called me before check-in to confirm what time we would arrive. She upgraded me to a windowless room when she saw it. She also sent me water and small gifts when I checked out and stored my luggage. The service was full of praise. . The room is also good, clean and hygienic, and the TV is super big. Next time I go to Wuhan, I will give priority to staying in this hotel. I highly recommend it.

Our initial stay at the hotel was reasonably good. However, on the second day, when we return to the hotel, we had a rude shock. The whole hotel was plunged total darkness and half of the main entrance to the l9obby was pad locked. We were told by the staff that there was a major power failure and the situation cannot be rectified. There was no electrical supply for the lights, lifts etc. To make matter worse we were told that we have to checkout as the hotel has stopped operating. I approached and asked if he could make alternative arrangements for our accommodations as we have another 3 nights to go. He told me a flat NO to my request. Our room was on the 12th floor, and we had to climb up the stairs to our room to pack our luggage to check out and to climb down the stairs to the ground floor. I have never encountered such an event of a hotel where the management was so irresponsible to their guests. We had to find our own accommodation and transport to the new hotel. I had to frantically search for a new hotel at the lobby in the dark. NO ASSISTANCE was offered by the management of the hotel. Such a hotel should be banned from operation and a SEVERE penalty be imposed on them.

Come to Wuhan to play and stay at Nolan Garden Hotel, the overall exceeded expectations, must give full praise. At first glance, I was attracted by the hotel's garden environment. It was very pleasant to take a walk in time. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly, the layout was spacious, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry, the facilities were very new, the mattress was moderately hard and the quality of sleep was very good. The staff was gentle and courteous and responded promptly. The location is very dominant, not far from the subway, Wangjiawan business district is close at hand, and it is very convenient to travel for food. Free parking, self-service laundry room, these packages are particularly intimate, the price is full, it is the best choice for Hanyang accommodation, and Amway has given it to friends!
