However, the dining options at both the lunch and dinner restaurants felt somewhat limited. While the food quality was good, the menus could benefit from more variety to cater to different tastes and preferences.
Overall, the stay was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was top-notch. With a few more dining options, this hotel would be perfect! Highly recommend for a luxurious getaway.

BBeika1haoAlthough the hotel isn't in the city center, it's incredibly convenient for transportation. There's a subway station right outside with lines 2, 3, and 8. The hotel breakfast is fantastic, and the beef noodles are much better than the 'hot dry noodles'! The hotel is very new, has a unique design, and they provide 6 bottles of water daily. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis time I took the time to visit Wuhan. I went to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, the river beach and the Yellow Crane Tower. Although the weather in Wuhan was very hot and tiring, it was still very rewarding! This time I chose Wuhan Zhuankou Sports Center Fengdu Hotel. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was hit by the fragrance. The lobby is full of decoration and has a metallic texture. The young brothers and sisters at the front desk were also very friendly. They were polite, took the initiative to help carry their luggage, and helped arrange a room near Taizi Lake. The rooms are large in size, all are voice-controlled, and songs can be played in the room. It feels like the room is full of technology! I highly recommend everyone to visit Wuhan, and I also recommend you to choose Fengdu Hotel in Zhuankou, Wuhan! ! !

EehermionThis hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The location is absolutely unbeatable, making it super convenient to get everywhere. The decor is simple yet stylish, and the room was spotless. I loved that they had diffusers in the common areas, and the bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable. Plus, the TV had screen mirroring, which was perfect for our family trip – we could relax and the kids could watch their favorite cartoons! The water temperature was perfect, no annoying fluctuations. The toiletries were also great; full-sized Acca Kappa, not those tiny samples. The Wi-Fi was fast, the room was quiet, and the front desk staff always greeted us with a smile – their attention to detail was exceptional! A truly perfect experience; I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance, a staff member immediately came forward to help with my luggage. Upon entering, Leon Li at the front desk promptly stood up with a smile to greet me. He was patient and efficient throughout the entire check-in process. I arrived two hours late due to a flight delay, but the front desk didn't rush me at all. Instead, they thoughtfully informed me that they had already reserved a room with a better view. They also thoroughly explained the hotel's breakfast hours, gym operating times, and local transportation tips. What touched me even more was when I casually mentioned needing to catch an early high-speed train the next day. The front desk proactively helped me book a wake-up call and even prepared a portable breakfast bag in advance. The attention to detail truly made me feel warm and cared for. Throughout the entire interaction, the front desk maintained a gentle tone, professional yet approachable, without any hint of perfunctoriness. It instantly melted away my travel fatigue, giving me a sense of comfort and belonging, like coming home.
**Room Facilities: Comprehensive, Convenient, and Supremely Comfortable**
The moment I opened the guest room door, I was struck by the abundant natural light and tidy layout. The room was spacious, with a simple yet elegant decor. There were no superfluous decorations, but every detail exuded sophistication. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the pillows were just the right height, providing excellent support for a perfect night's sleep. The room was also fully equipped.
My short stay of a few days truly made me feel the hotel's dedication and professionalism. The warm service from the front desk, the comfortable room facilities, and the impeccable cleanliness all showcase the hotel's quality and sincerity. Whether for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I've already added it to my 'must-stay list' and will choose it again on my next visit!

HheeqinnI stayed for three nights during Hilton's peak year-end conference season, with many company annual meetings. I almost couldn't book a room through Trip.com. The young man at the front desk was a bit stingy, refusing either breakfast or executive lounge access. However, thanks to a helpful friend in the reservations department, I paid the difference and stayed in an executive suite for three nights. Although it wasn't a lake view room, my positive impression from previous stays continued. The hotel's service in all aspects was good, and despite being peak annual meeting season, it wasn't noisy. Special commendation goes to Feng Chongtian and Chen Zhishan from the health center and kids' club! They were especially friendly and patient with children.😄

GGuest UserThe parking management is terrible; the parking lot is an absolute disaster, to put it mildly. Unless they sort it out, I definitely won't be coming back.
The room design, I feel, won't appeal to most young people.
The only good thing was the Executive Lounge. Although the food selection was small and not particularly tasty, it was very quiet, and the staff there genuinely knew how to provide good service. The cocktails they mixed were also quite good.
Customer service called asking for a good review – the person's name was Yang Tian. I've never actually met him, but I'll give him a good review as he wished. Happy New Year, Yang Tian!

RRoyn3My stay at voco Wuhan Xinhua was truly exceptional, largely thanks to the incredibly attentive service from a staff member named Cora. I have to give her a personal shout-out! As an upscale brand under IHG, voco is known for its meticulous service, and Cora truly embodies this, taking thoughtfulness to the next level.
During check-in, she was warm and efficient, proactively offering information about the beautiful Northwest Lake view and the delicious Wansongyuan food street nearby, as well as helpful tips for getting around. Throughout my stay, she was incredibly responsive to any requests, patiently answered all my questions, and proactively offered assistance. Her demeanor was both gentle and professional.
Cora consistently wore a warm smile and provided incredibly detailed service that was both thorough and unobtrusive. She perfectly exemplified voco's ”thoughtful and reliable” service philosophy, making my entire stay feel wonderfully warm, comfortable, and truly like a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel, and special kudos to Cora for her professionalism and heartwarming service!

**Environment:** It's located near Hankou Beach, just a 1-minute walk from Exit L3 of Sanyang Road Metro Station. To the north are Shanhaiguan Road and ***** Tiandi, and to the south are the Hankou Historic Area and Li Huangpi Road. There are tons of delicious dining options and takeout choices right downstairs! A three-minute walk east takes you to Hankou Beach, which is beautiful for a stroll both day and night. At this time of year, you can even see cherry blossoms in full bloom.
**Facilities:** The decor is consistent with what you'd expect from a Four Points hotel. It features a semi-smart Moen toilet, frosted bathroom fixtures, a comfortable mattress, and very comfortable desk chairs (great for dining or working). Being a high-rise hotel, many rooms offer stunning views of the Yangtze River.
**Service:** The staff are incredibly enthusiastic. A special thanks to front desk staff member Erina Wu for upgrading me to a river-view bathtub room when availability allowed. She also offered greetings and assistance throughout my stay. Polite, smiling, and truly excellent service.
