"After staying at so many hotels, this one truly, truly, truly offers incredible value for money. The lady at the front desk was so, so, so enthusiastic; she greeted me with a smile before I even spoke, instantly chasing away my travel fatigue. The room was more spacious than I expected, with minimalist and modern decor, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered a nice view. The bedding even had a faint scent of sunshine, which was a huge plus. The most pleasant surprise was how well the bathroom drain worked; the water flowed down without any issues, which is a godsend for anyone who hates standing water. The location is also very convenient, with a night market just outside, making it really pleasant to buy late-night snacks and bring them back to eat. When checking out, they even proactively offered bottled water for the road. It’s these thoughtful, unforced small details that truly impress me. I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

However, the dining options at both the lunch and dinner restaurants felt somewhat limited. While the food quality was good, the menus could benefit from more variety to cater to different tastes and preferences.
Overall, the stay was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was top-notch. With a few more dining options, this hotel would be perfect! Highly recommend for a luxurious getaway.

GGuest UserI'm a light sleeper, and the front desk was kind enough to upgrade me to an executive room. There were even some welcome snacks in the room.
It was raining continuously in Wuhan during my stay, so I ended up spending most of my time at the hotel. The overall room design was well-thought-out, and the bathroom area was spacious, with a bathtub offering a direct view of the high-rise cityscape. The pool and gym weren't crowded, which was very comfortable.
Although it's not in the city center, there are plenty of dining options, including a pretty good Cai Lin Ji hot dry noodle place nearby.
The only minor issue was that I put out the sign for a second housekeeping service during dinner, but no one came. Perhaps I needed to call.

GGuest UserThis time I took the time to visit Wuhan. I went to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, the river beach and the Yellow Crane Tower. Although the weather in Wuhan was very hot and tiring, it was still very rewarding! This time I chose Wuhan Zhuankou Sports Center Fengdu Hotel. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was hit by the fragrance. The lobby is full of decoration and has a metallic texture. The young brothers and sisters at the front desk were also very friendly. They were polite, took the initiative to help carry their luggage, and helped arrange a room near Taizi Lake. The rooms are large in size, all are voice-controlled, and songs can be played in the room. It feels like the room is full of technology! I highly recommend everyone to visit Wuhan, and I also recommend you to choose Fengdu Hotel in Zhuankou, Wuhan! ! !

JJchen1This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly.
The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

The bathroom's wet and dry separation design was well-thought-out, and all the facilities were comprehensive. The location of the entire building is excellent.
The room I booked offered views of the Yangtze River Bridge and Yellow Crane Tower.
The room type was quite spacious, and the view was fantastic.
I checked in late, and communicated with Huang Rui, the lobby manager. He reserved a room for me, answered all my questions during the process, and tried his best to meet my needs, which was very considerate.
The breakfast was rich and varied.
There were also room type benefits arranged for both the afternoon and evening.
Although the room's decor isn't a modern, new style, you can tell that the materials, craftsmanship, and design used during its original renovation were quite good, and it's also well-maintained.
The cleanliness upon check-in and throughout my stay was also quite good.
The design of the shower valve in the bathroom was a bit odd; it was stiff to use and operated in an unusual way. Fortunately, the water pressure was decent.
The TV in the room was a bit small and outdated. This could be considered an area for improvement.

While I was checking in, they waited patiently, then proactively guided me to my room, explained the hotel facilities, and even offered local sightseeing tips. Their service was incredibly detailed, genuine, and never felt formulaic or stiff.
During my stay, whether it was luggage storage, arranging transport, or getting travel advice, they were always responsive, efficient, and reliable. They consistently anticipated my needs and took care of every small detail flawlessly. HheeqinnI stayed for three nights during Hilton's peak year-end conference season, with many company annual meetings. I almost couldn't book a room through Trip.com. The young man at the front desk was a bit stingy, refusing either breakfast or executive lounge access. However, thanks to a helpful friend in the reservations department, I paid the difference and stayed in an executive suite for three nights. Although it wasn't a lake view room, my positive impression from previous stays continued. The hotel's service in all aspects was good, and despite being peak annual meeting season, it wasn't noisy. Special commendation goes to Feng Chongtian and Chen Zhishan from the health center and kids' club! They were especially friendly and patient with children.😄

GGuest UserThe hotel's service and environment are great. Being a new hotel, the facilities are very modern. Our room offered a nice view of half the city and half the river. Alisa at the front desk was gentle and friendly, providing warm and proactive service, patiently answering all our check-in questions. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant. In the evening, soaking in the tub while enjoying the river view was wonderfully relaxing. The room was also exquisitely clean and tidy.
