"Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive. Although I didn't use the pool or gym, the environment and amenities are quite complete. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, and while the taste and local specialties might be a bit plain, they're still pretty good.
Cleanliness: Tidy and clean.
Environment: The hotel is very close to the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, an excellent location. Being riverside, opening the window at night allows for a refreshing river breeze, and you can see the Yellow Crane Tower across the river.
Service: The hotel staff were all warm, enthusiastic, and friendly. The manager even called to offer complimentary fruit to my room, making for a very comfortable stay.
Aside from waking up late these past few days and having a packed schedule which meant I missed breakfast, it was an excellent stay in all other aspects. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I'm in the area."

GGuest UserEverything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable.
Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with the room's environment! The hallway outside the room had a lovely, fragrant scent! There was also a beautiful view of the Ferris wheel from the window! Plus, there are many great food stalls and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient! Everything was excellent!

TThe Happy HeadmasterNot bad at all, definitely not as terrible as some online reviews made it out to be. I gave the environment and facilities full marks because, despite being open for seven years, everything is still very well-maintained. For service, I only interacted with the front desk, so I can't give a full rating as I didn't experience other services. As for hygiene, there was used dental floss in the bathroom trash can from the previous guest, so it wasn't cleaned properly. Plus, as soon as I entered the room, there was an odor that was either mold or cigarette smoke, so I'm deducting 0.5 points for that.

GGuest UserI specifically avoided the public holidays, which made the experience even better. It wasn't crowded, so there was no need to rush for breakfast, and the service was more attentive. I enjoyed a leisurely cup of coffee in the lobby bar, soaking in the slow pace of Old Hankou. My room was upgraded to a higher floor, offering expansive views and more space. This unhurried, uncrowded way of traveling, coupled with a comfortable hotel, truly feels like a vacation. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and upgraded me to a larger room with great views. It was very comfortable to stay in, and the surroundings were quiet. It's also convenient to get to Jiqing Street, just a short walk downstairs! Perfect for a city walk!!

GGuest UserThe parking management is terrible; the parking lot is an absolute disaster, to put it mildly. Unless they sort it out, I definitely won't be coming back.
The room design, I feel, won't appeal to most young people.
The only good thing was the Executive Lounge. Although the food selection was small and not particularly tasty, it was very quiet, and the staff there genuinely knew how to provide good service. The cocktails they mixed were also quite good.
Customer service called asking for a good review – the person's name was Yang Tian. I've never actually met him, but I'll give him a good review as he wished. Happy New Year, Yang Tian!

JJchen1This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly.
The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

HheeqinnI stayed for three nights during Hilton's peak year-end conference season, with many company annual meetings. I almost couldn't book a room through Trip.com. The young man at the front desk was a bit stingy, refusing either breakfast or executive lounge access. However, thanks to a helpful friend in the reservations department, I paid the difference and stayed in an executive suite for three nights. Although it wasn't a lake view room, my positive impression from previous stays continued. The hotel's service in all aspects was good, and despite being peak annual meeting season, it wasn't noisy. Special commendation goes to Feng Chongtian and Chen Zhishan from the health center and kids' club! They were especially friendly and patient with children.😄

**Environment:** It's located near Hankou Beach, just a 1-minute walk from Exit L3 of Sanyang Road Metro Station. To the north are Shanhaiguan Road and ***** Tiandi, and to the south are the Hankou Historic Area and Li Huangpi Road. There are tons of delicious dining options and takeout choices right downstairs! A three-minute walk east takes you to Hankou Beach, which is beautiful for a stroll both day and night. At this time of year, you can even see cherry blossoms in full bloom.
**Facilities:** The decor is consistent with what you'd expect from a Four Points hotel. It features a semi-smart Moen toilet, frosted bathroom fixtures, a comfortable mattress, and very comfortable desk chairs (great for dining or working). Being a high-rise hotel, many rooms offer stunning views of the Yangtze River.
**Service:** The staff are incredibly enthusiastic. A special thanks to front desk staff member Erina Wu for upgrading me to a river-view bathtub room when availability allowed. She also offered greetings and assistance throughout my stay. Polite, smiling, and truly excellent service.
