During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

Guest UserI came to Wuhan for Chinese New Year and stayed at the Qingshan New Century Hotel because my friend lives nearby. It seems like a new hotel, and all the facilities are excellent. The breakfast was also very rich, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. My only complaint is the open-plan bathroom, which I really didn't like, but that's a design issue. The hotel service was fantastic, and they even offered a shuttle service to Wuhan Station, which was a pleasant surprise.

Guest UserThe lobby's floor-to-ceiling windows were like a giant IMAX screen, with the Yangtze River as the flowing protagonist and the Yellow Crane Tower as the silent supporting actor. When I checked in at dusk, the front desk staff saw me with my camera, waiting for the sunset. They not only helped me find the best spot but also brought me a steaming cup of green brick Pu-erh tea, smiling and saying, ”You go ahead and take your photos, I'll take my time with the check-in.” At that moment, outside the window was a tangerine-sea-like sunset, and inside, a perfect warmth.

My stay at Fairmont Wuhan Oceanwide was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located in the CBD, making transportation easy. The overall style of the hotel is upscale, and the guest rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and expansive views. A special thanks to Max for his meticulous and thoughtful service, prompt responses, and polite demeanor. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and gym, are well-equipped, and the breakfast quality is high. This hotel is a hassle-free choice for business travelers, and I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Wuhan.

Sam chowExtremely satisfied with our choice of Wanda YiHua Hotel this time. Our group of friends, coming from Beijing, Chengdu, and Guangzhou, met up in Wuhan. When browsing online, we felt this hotel met all the requirements for our party of four.
Upon arrival on the first day, we initially thought the location was remote, but to our surprise, it was incredibly convenient! We could walk to all the places we wanted to visit, with an abundance of restaurants, KTVs, bars, and attractions nearby. We even rented two electric scooters for easy access.
cleanliness was excellent. The lady from the 17th floor who cleaned our room was very meticulous and considerate. She tidied up our room quickly and efficiently.
The gym facilities were also good; we visited three times and found the environment comfortable. Our room offered river views, and despite being in a bustling area, it was surprisingly quiet. Most importantly, the bedding was extremely comfortable, ensuring a really good night's sleep.
This hotel was the biggest surprise of our trip. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

MichaelWang052660The location is super convenient, directly accessible from Exit D of Guanggu Avenue Station on Metro Line 2. The lobby retains the design of its predecessor, The Puyu, with a whole wall of bookshelves and bronze elements from Chu culture, giving it an 'ancient tomb chic' vibe that's both sophisticated and tasteful – perfect for photos.
The room itself is spacious. The dark wood paneling, while a bit dim, adds a touch of quality. The bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is good. The bathtub and double sinks are a big plus.
Breakfast is definitely a highlight! They have all the classic Wuhan breakfast dishes like Re Gan Mian (hot dry noodles), San Xian Dou Pi (three-delicacy tofu skin), and Mian Wo (fried doughnut). The freshly cooked noodle station is bustling with activity, and the Western cold cuts and freshly ground coffee are also excellent. You'll definitely be full before you head out for the day!
The overall service is attentive; the front desk even gave me a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor room with a view. I highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and leisure. I'd definitely come back for a second stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Anonymous UserWhat I loved most about my stay was the unbeatable river view from the room and the breakfast buffet. The floor-to-ceiling windows in my room offered views of both the Yellow Crane Tower and the Parrot Island Bridge simultaneously – the majestic Yangtze River scenery was truly stunning. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes that left me feeling very satisfied every morning. Additionally, the hotel staff were all warm, friendly, and proactive in their service. Overall, both the soft services and the hardware live up to the Hilton brand. My only minor complaint is that the central air conditioning might be a bit old; the temperature couldn't be adjusted, and having only one setting isn't ideal for older guests or children. It would be perfect if the central AC could be upgraded.

Rooms:
This hotel is old, after all. I stayed here 19 years ago and had an excellent impression. I didn't expect to be so disappointed this time compared to back then.
The glass top of the coffee table next to the sofa in the room was just resting on it and was very unstable. My son leaned on it lightly and almost cut his hand. Thumbs down.
I don't know if it was the bedding or the room, but there was a musty smell. This is what I absolutely cannot stand. I guess it's probably similar throughout their rooms. I ended up using my own disposable pillowcases.
However, the soundproofing was good, and it was far from the elevator, so I slept quite well.
Service:
Definitely not good, and certainly no feeling of being 'home away from home,' just cold and indifferent. The business traveler next door got an upgrade, but I didn't, even though I mentioned it to the butler who contacted me in advance. I can understand, though; an individual guest probably can't compete with business accounts.
Pool:
It was better than I remembered, but... the pool doesn't provide water or towels. You have to buy them yourself. I was speechless. Isn't this your hotel? But then again, the hotel's prices are indeed low, so I'll just put it down to being cheap.
Parking: There are charging stations, which is a plus.
What left the deepest impression... the matcha toast at the lobby bar. I really liked it, it was delicious.
