"The hotel's location and room amenities are absolutely fantastic. I stayed on the 22nd floor, which offered expansive views. Waking up to a sunrise over the river and later enjoying the illuminated Yangtze River Bridge and Yellow Crane Tower at night added so many delightful surprises to my trip. The area around the hotel has a vibrant local atmosphere; if you're not in a rush, a ten-minute bike ride takes you to Wuhan Doupi King on Xidajie, and a short walk further unlocks Guiyuan Temple, one of Wuhan's most revered temples. Finally, a shout-out to the hotel service – I called the front desk for an extra blanket in the early hours, and the response was incredibly fast. A truly pleasant stay!"

The location is incredibly convenient for transportation, with a subway station nearby. Plus, you'll find a shopping mall right next door and a lively snack street just behind the hotel."

Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

The lobby is large and well designed, with many sofas to rest on. The front desk service attitude is very good, and the check-in is very fast. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is moderately soft and hard, and the bedding is also very comfortable. The toiletries smell good, and the breakfast is rich in variety, including hot dry noodles and beef noodles. It's great. The experience in all aspects is very good. Recommended to stay!

Let’s talk about the location first. The location of this store is far away from the bustling Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, which has been criticized by many people. But I want to say that different demands naturally lead to different choices! For us, this is simply the best location, okay? ! We are traveling with our children. The children are obsessed with ”Guanggu Skyrail Valley” and ”Carrot Run”. With the help of Wyndham's super favorable geographical location, after staying for 2 nights, the children experienced ”Carrot” 3 times, ”Skyrail” 1 time, and ”Ham Sausage” 1 time (the name given by the children is actually a tram). After all, the ”Carrot” can be parked at the door of the hotel, and the ”Skyrail” is within 2 kilometers, which can be seen from the window of the hotel room. It perfectly realizes the ”purpose” of this trip, right? ! Thanks to Wyndham, the experience is perfect!
As for the hardware, the hotel continues the consistent style and quality of Wyndham. In order to adapt to the high-tech of Konggu, the screen in the hotel lobby is also very technological, and the children are attracted as soon as they enter the door. Take-out robots are used throughout the process, and the curtains and toilets in the room are all intelligent, with a strong sense of modern technology integration. At the same time, the breakfast is also good. Although it is not as good as expected, it is enough to meet the various tastes of the family. I personally think it is completely worth it!
Finally, let’s talk about the service. The hotel’s service staff is very enthusiastic and polite. The children also received snacks and small toys when they checked in, which is very thoughtful. Thank you for the enthusiastic service and quick response of the hotel eeqq, especially thank you to the hotel front desk Eric. The guy is not only ”Very nice” in appearance, but also speaks gently and provides very thoughtful service. It was very hot at noon and helped us send our luggage to the waiting area. It must be ”very” praised!
In short, Wyndham has always been on my choice list, and this time it did not disappoint me, and even brought me some surprises.
Wuhan not only has the ”Yellow Crane Tower” with a sense of history, but also the ”Optics Valley” full of high-tech. The bed and duvet were incredibly comfortable; as someone who usually struggles to sleep, I stayed at this hotel for two nights and slept for over 9 hours each night, waking up feeling great the next day. Breakfast was also excellent, and the hotel staff were very welcoming. The lobby environment was lovely too, with many beautiful young women coming to take photos every evening.

They were attentive to my every need, whether it was providing recommendations for nearby attractions, offering refreshments, or simply ensuring that I had a pleasant and relaxing environment to unwind in.
A special shout out to Amber, Camile, Anthea and Joe, who truly made my stay a wonderful one. Their understanding and caring attitude were evident in every interaction. They took the time to get to know me, listened to my preferences, and made genuine efforts to accommodate my needs and always made sure to go the extra mile.

TTomI stayed many times at this hotel as I frequently travel to Wuhan and it saddens me to say this hotel service is only worsen every time I stay there.
It is the ONLY 5 stars hotel in China where no one assist you with your luggage when you arrive or go.
No one greet you, you receive nothing from the management, no fruits at your room, really nothing is welcoming you to stay there even tough I always take the largest room.
Breakfast (especially the famous Wuhan hot noodles) was not good in the first two days, don't know what happened that it changed after. no consistency no service really nothing special in the room.
Starting next time I will stay at one of the Marriot hotels in the city.

LLove ShrewsburyWow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi.
I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. See you again in the future and Thankyou! 😀

GGuest UserEverything was so beautiful about our trip, especially the employees and the way they helped with everything! I would fully recommend visiting.
However a few things to note, seems like the outdoor swimming pool is never open or open in specific times.
Also the indoor swimming pool you MUST wear a swimming cap, we just wanted to do some casual swimming but they wouldn’t let us without a cap which is a shame really as this was one of the reasons we visited this specific hotel and we didn’t get to use either swimming pool.
Also there isn’t an actual “bar” but there are comfortable seats where you can order alcohol in the main lobby but not really a bar.
Only one of the restaurants was open in the evening.
Overall would stay again if the amenities are sorted.
Also, don’t copy and paste the local address on the APP as it takes you to the wrong location and had to take another 30 minute taxi!!

The front desk is warm and efficient, the room is clean and odorless, 5 minutes walk to the subway station, and it is super convenient to catch the high-speed rail. Breakfast is full, there are local snacks such as hot dry noodles, business trips are too right to choose here, next time you must live! Must like it!

We contacted in advance to inquire about our stay requirements, and they answered us patiently throughout the process, responding to our needs quickly. The environment was clean and comfortable, and there was a dedicated butler who added WeChat when we checked in. All subsequent needs could be solved quickly by directly contacting the butler, which was very good. The breakfast was very rich, with local Wuhan characteristics, and there was a large back garden. The overall feeling of staying was very good.
