CChul H AhnThe facility was clean and the food was good. Most of all, the services by people in the frond desk and cleaning crews were excellent. Especially, Zeng Cen was phenomenal. When a taxi driver charged a fare of 839 Chinese Yuan from Wuhan international airport to the hotel, he explained to the driver why the fare was ridiculously high and made him to reduce to 355 yuan. I really appreciate his willingness to speak up for a foreign customer.

The staff were enthusiastic and proactively greeted me, and my requests were handled promptly. The location is excellent, making travel convenient. GGuest UserThis hotel left a great impression on me. From the moment I entered the door, Xiaojie and Xiaolin were warmly welcomed. They took the initiative to help these tea services check in. They patiently introduced the hotel facilities, intimately recommended surrounding attractions, the room bedding was soft, and the window was open. Clean and comfortable. Hotel service is good. Every time I pass by the front desk clerk, I will take the initiative to smile and say hello. It feels like home. Check out and hand over mineral water. This kind of service is really rare. I will choose here next time and recommend it to all good friends. The restaurant is rich and varied. It feels good, the beef noodles are very delicious, and you can continue. The only downside is that the hotel equipment and facilities are a bit old.

GGuest UserThis hotel is really great! I thought it was an old hotel, but when I got to my room, I realized it had just been renovated. The facilities are excellent. The service is also superb; the front desk staff were warm and patient, which was very comforting. The location is right in the center of Wuhan, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Thumbs up! 👍

🍃 **Ambiance:** This established hotel boasts a prime riverside spot, offering picturesque views of the Han River and its weeping willows. It's conveniently located next to the artsy Lihuangpi Street, and within walking distance of delicious food options and the retro Jianghan Street. The location truly couldn't be better.
🛏️ **Facilities:** Despite being an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained. The rooms are well-proportioned and fully equipped; the desk even comes with a rather expensive swivel chair. ⚠️ I did notice a few minor issues: there's only one charging outlet by the bed, the bathroom blinds are difficult to close, and there's no clothesline for drying.
💁♀️ **Service:** ⚠️ I booked two 'partial river view' rooms and had requested adjoining rooms via Ctrip and again in person. The front desk staff flatly refused, and assigning us rooms on the same floor felt like a favor. To top it off, the rooms were at opposite ends of the hallway, and while one had a great partial river view, the other faced directly onto an opposite building with only a sliver of river visible. It felt like a deliberate mix of good and bad. I noticed the hotel's occupancy wasn't particularly high that day, so it seems the front desk was being a bit clever with room assignments. ⚠️ The 'exclusive Didi ride-hailing voucher package offering up to 100 yuan off' was a 'special service' that was never mentioned, making it easy for guests to miss or forget.
🍽️ **Dining:** For a five-star hotel, the breakfast selection is limited and not very extensive.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Metro Line 7. The room has a good view. You can see the lake. The lake is downstairs. You can go to the lake at night. The hotel is very close to Wansongyuan Snack Street. Wansongyuan Snack Street is very famous in Wuhan. There are many delicious foods. I checked in for crayfish, hot dry noodles, duck neck and lotus root soup... They are all very good. The hotel service is also very good. The child got greasy all over after eating crayfish. I asked the front desk for detergent, which was delivered to the room quickly. The hotel bar has free drinks, and the front desk also has free water and drinks. The hotel service staff are very friendly. There is no uninterruptible power supply at the bedside of the room I stayed in, so it is not convenient to charge the mobile phone at night.
