此酒店讓人賓至如歸。前台服務員態度很好，有問必答，情況介紹詳盡，前台大廳還有免費的各類小點心、口罩、濕紙巾等用品；早餐廳66號服務員提供服務熱情周到；特別是酒店賓客關係焦主任，更是提供101%的服務，無償提供幫助，親自駕車，送至去火車站更方便的4號地鐵口，讓人感到熱心、貼心和暖心。另外酒店位置也很好。有名的美食街户部巷、糧道街近在咫尺；去中共五大會址、毛澤東同志舊居，衹需步行幾分鐘；在酒店12樓餐廳能遠眺武漢長江大橋美景。

免費升級了房間，焦主任小文小羅還有管家樂樂都很好，服務熱情態度不錯，有什麼疑問或需求都能及時解答回覆，房間乾淨，距離黃鶴樓和1號碼頭輪渡都不太遠，10分鐘左右步行可達。可免費送近距離的地鐵站，方便出行，不錯的酒店值得推薦。

酒店地理位置非常優越，去幾個地標景點非常近，很方便。服務也特別熱情，前台小雯，小郭，歸歸辦理入住專業速度。焦主任更是熱情介紹景點，離店的時候看我們行李多炎炎夏日還專程送我們去地鐵站，太感謝了。還有羅經理幫我們託運行李，也要感謝下。武漢非常棒，下次一定再來。
