GGuest UserMy stay here was absolutely perfect! The service was meticulous and attentive throughout, and I have to give a special shout-out to Nico Li. The day before my arrival, they proactively called to confirm my estimated check-in time and thoughtfully asked about my preferences, arranging the room in advance. This made me feel at ease even before I arrived. I accidentally left my power bank at the hotel, and they promptly contacted me. Nico Li immediately helped package and mail it back, which was a huge relief – their sense of responsibility is truly outstanding. The front desk service was equally warm and thoughtful, even providing a complimentary breakfast, and the food was delicious. The entire check-in process was smooth, with no issues whatsoever. The staff were responsive, enthusiastic, and attentive, and every aspect of the service was top-notch. The value for money is incredible! I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it to all travelers!

XxufengyinThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! My last stay at a Ritz-Carlton was years ago at the Pudong location, and I understand this Wuhan branch is currently the newest Ritz-Carlton in China. We headed straight here after getting off the high-speed train and arrived in just half an hour. Since check-in is on the 46th floor, the concierge in the ground-floor lobby took our luggage, allowing us to go upstairs hands-free. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and every staff member we encountered was wonderfully friendly and welcoming. Our room, over 50 square meters, felt spacious enough for our family of three. The hardware and amenities are, as expected, top-notch – the Ritz-Carlton has been a leader in Chinese luxury hotels for a long time. What truly stands out is how perfectly everything is executed. My wife particularly loved the Diptyque Fig scented toiletries, and as a soap enthusiast, I was quite taken with the small bar soaps. Our stay was for three nights and four days. Breakfast was served in the Western restaurant on the 46th floor. The restaurant boasts high ceilings and offers a stunning 180-degree view of Wuhan city, with window seats providing a distant view of the Yangtze River. The food selection was incredibly rich and exquisite; I especially enjoyed the unlimited Spanish ham – good thing we only stayed three days, or I'd have gained a ton of weight! In the evenings, my daughter enjoyed the rooftop pool. The tranquil atmosphere made even just sitting on a lounge chair by this 'cloud-top' pool an extraordinary experience. This short holiday was made truly special by the Ritz-Carlton. It certainly lives up to its reputation as the city's premier luxury hotel. On our last day, after check-out, a staff member thoughtfully gave me our room card as a small souvenir. This, along with the little lobster lion plushie my daughter received, will be important mementos of our trip to Wuhan. I hope to stay here again. A huge thank you to every staff member here – you truly embody the 'Ladies and Gentlemen' of the Ritz-Carlton!

GGuest UserMy company's headquarters are here, so I'm always traveling to Optics Valley for business. I've stayed in pretty much every hotel around, but I still prefer the Marriott. Even though it's a bit pricier than others, this is already my 'nth' stay. This time, as a member, I got an upgrade to a suite, which was a great experience, truly impressive! The room was spacious and bright, with excellent ventilation – it felt so refreshing. The doorman always actively helps open and close car doors, which is really commendable, especially with the summer heat. Honestly, I've seen many hotels with service staff just standing there, but the Marriott is different. Oh, and the staff in the hallway always greet you with a warm smile when they pass by. This shows the hotel truly values training in every aspect – solid! As for the location, it's not downtown, which might seem out of the way for others, but for me, with my company here, it's actually convenient. Finally, let's talk about breakfast. Before, I always went for the hot dry noodles, which were a bit too dry. This time, I tried the beef noodles, and they were fantastic! The beef was flavorful and tender, and the rice noodles were delicate. I'm definitely switching to beef noodles from now on. I hope the service quality remains consistently high for my next stay.

GGuest UserI'm a light sleeper, and the front desk was kind enough to upgrade me to an executive room. There were even some welcome snacks in the room. It was raining continuously in Wuhan during my stay, so I ended up spending most of my time at the hotel. The overall room design was well-thought-out, and the bathroom area was spacious, with a bathtub offering a direct view of the high-rise cityscape. The pool and gym weren't crowded, which was very comfortable. Although it's not in the city center, there are plenty of dining options, including a pretty good Cai Lin Ji hot dry noodle place nearby. The only minor issue was that I put out the sign for a second housekeeping service during dinner, but no one came. Perhaps I needed to call.

GGuest UserThe warm welcome from Manager Chen during check-in and the thoughtful service from Manager Zhang truly add a lot of charm to this hotel. It's a classic five-star establishment, not ostentatious, shedding any pretense to reveal the gentle hospitality of Hubei. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the facilities are comprehensive. Qiao Coffee is quiet and cozy, making for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay whether you're on a business trip or vacation.

AAnonymous UserThe room was very clean, well-equipped, and the service was excellent. Parking was also very convenient! We took some beautiful photos, the kids had a blast in the water, and we enjoyed delicious food. We even participated in a pizza-making activity organized by the hotel! We had a wonderful Children's Day holiday! 👩🏻👦🏻👶

GGuest UserThe room has a fantastic view, especially at night. There's a mirror directly opposite the window, and when evening comes, it reflects the outdoor scenery beautifully. It's truly stunning. In the evening, the Yijing Corridor had a ball game playing, and the resident singer was not only beautiful but had an even more amazing voice. You could even request songs, which was a huge plus. The hotel's location is excellent. There's a Manner coffee shop on the first floor, and just down the street, you'll find Tea Color Yuese and several crayfish restaurants, all within about a kilometer. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. However, on the first morning, while I was still asleep, I was repeatedly woken up by housekeepers knocking on the door asking if I wanted cleaning. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered something like that.

GGuest UserI stopped over in Wuhan for a night and the accommodation exceeded my expectations. We checked in smoothly with our pet, and there were no additional charges. The hotel did a great job assigning our room, and the soundproofing was excellent. It was the first time my dog slept so soundly outside of our home; she didn't spend the whole night on guard. We kept our dog in a stroller in the public areas. While the hotel is pet-friendly in that it allows pets, there's still room for improvement. For example, the pet bed provided isn't very useful, as most pet owners know that pets won't readily sleep in an unfamiliar bed with unfamiliar scents. Perhaps a pet playpen would be better. Providing pet pads, diapers, and even pheromone sprays for anxiety or flea/tick sprays would truly make it feel pet-friendly. Nevertheless, I'm happy to see that brand-name hotels are gradually opening up to and improving their pet policies, and I believe things will only get better in the future. Aside from the pet aspect being quite satisfactory, I really need to complain about the hotel breakfast. I arrived at the restaurant around 9:45 AM, knowing the hotel was full and breakfast would be crowded, so I specifically tried to avoid peak hours. When I got to the entrance, both the hostess and manager were looking down, and there was no one to seat us. All the trays were empty, and people were scrambling to find plates. I didn't see any service staff in the dining area; it was the head chef who brought out the plates. The food was cleared very quickly by 9:55 AM. I asked an employee who was clearing the food for a main serving spoon to eat my cereal, and she told me they only had ceramic spoons, and that the stainless steel ones were only for the serving counter. The Americano coffee machine at the coffee bar only filled cups about 60% of the way. The restaurant manager really needs to contact the supplier to adjust the machine. What I also can't understand is why the omelet station, which is a key QA check for the Marriott brand, has been changed. There are no more omelets, and although they made sunny-side up eggs, I'm still a bit confused. I've never stayed at a Sheraton before, so perhaps the standards are different? On a positive note, I want to praise the chef at the noodle station. She was incredibly enthusiastic, and the beef noodles were delicious. Even though it was close to closing time, she maintained her warmth and enthusiasm, which was really lovely. However, there's a small detail: the chopsticks provided for eating noodles aren't ideal for picking up the noodles. I observed that most guests were business travelers, and it's very easy for soup to splash onto their clothes. Because of this, I didn't finish my delicious beef noodles.

WWuxiaowaI spent a long time choosing a hotel and wasn't sure where to stay, but this one looked pretty good in the end. When I first checked in, there was nothing particularly special about it. No one guided me to my room, and no one helped with my luggage. The room felt a bit dated, though it did offer views of two bridges in Wuhan. There weren't any smart amenities. They had a delivery robot for room service, but it was incredibly slow. I had also contacted them in advance to prepare children's amenities, but they weren't set up upon arrival. The breakfast variety and taste were just average. The swimming pool was decent, and the views from there were indeed incredible, no complaints about that. Overall, I felt like many aspects fell short of five-star standards. There was one minor hiccup during my stay, but the guest services manager, Ashley, deserves praise for her excellent attitude and how she handled the situation.
