Pet Friendly Hotels in Wuhan

As a family traveling with pets by car, I was drawn to Even Hotels, part of the Intercontinental group, after filtering my options. Before arrival, a staff member proactively contacted me to ask about my needs. I informed them that due to a last-minute change in plans, an additional person would be staying with us. Xiaoxue went above and beyond to communicate our request and ultimately helped upgrade our room. She also thoughtfully provided an extra breakfast voucher. Even for the night we had booked without breakfast, Xiaoxue still kindly offered us breakfast during check-in, which was a truly considerate service compared to other hotels we stayed at during this trip. The hotel didn't significantly increase its prices during the May Day holiday, making it excellent value for money. Despite being very close to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet at night. Driving to the city center takes about 40 minutes, and to the nearby city of Xiaogan, it's about an hour, making it a highly cost-effective choice for self-driving trips. It's also pet-friendly, and I saw many guests with their pets. Although the rooms don't come with pet-specific amenities, providing a safe and pleasant environment for our furry friends is already a rare and valuable offering. Breakfast was also very plentiful, and the hot dry noodles were delicious. While the variety wasn't extensive, it was certainly sufficient. Just be sure to go before 9:30 AM, or you might find limited options left. Finally, I'd like to thank Even Hotel Airport again, and especially Xiaoxue at the front desk, for making our trip a wonderful memory.

As a loyal customer of Ascott Group, I've stayed at numerous Ascott and Somerset properties in various cities, and this one in Wuhan truly ranks among the best. It surpasses many 5-star Ascott hotels in other cities in terms of facilities, service, and overall quality. Although the breakfast was a bit simple, it was clean, and some 5-star hotels offer equally simple breakfasts. So, you're getting a 5-star experience for a 4-star price. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Wuhan. The best part is having a huge mall downstairs with a Yonghui supermarket – it's incredibly convenient! Plus, my two-bedroom deluxe apartment faced a quiet residential area, which is perfect for someone like me who's a very light sleeper. I really have to praise them. Before check-in, they even asked about my preferences beyond what was in my booking, which is a level of service I haven't seen in many 5-star hotels. And the free parking in the mall? That really highlights the absurdity of paying over a hundred RMB for overnight parking at a certain 5-star hotel in Beijing – truly, no comparison, no harm! I can't even list all the good points, hahaha!

This is my second time staying here in Wuhan. I had such a good experience last time that I wanted to come back. Ascott's quality goes without saying. The location is incredibly convenient, with a mall right downstairs that offers everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment. It's a shame the subway signs are gone; it might be hard for first-timers to find. The front desk is upstairs, and they had us checked in early, though unfortunately, we couldn't have breakfast ahead of time. This time, I feel the breakfast has improved a bit, with more variety. The room, as always, is huge, huge, huge! I absolutely love the solid wood interior, the super large wardrobe, and the enormous living area – this suite is just incredible. The bathroom is also massive and has two-way doors, which is incredibly convenient. The facilities are very complete; you can even cook with ease. The mattress is comfortable, and there's an air purifier in the bedroom, making for a truly restful sleep. I switched to a buckwheat pillow, which really makes it feel like home. I just wish I could stay for a few more days. The subway station is right downstairs, and the high floor provides excellent soundproofing. There are virtually no hygiene blind spots. This hotel is definitely going into my list of treasured places!

Pros: - The staff is very responsive and helpful. They texted us in advantage on Wechat for instructions and password to access. - The location is very nice, right next to Jianghan road and a night food street, very lively at night - Very reasonable price for such an apartment in this center area Cons: - The apartment building is very old, worn-out and dirty. And this is not reflected in the pictures of this apartment listing so we were very confused when we arrived - The apartment is provided with single use bed covers and towels, which are quite inconvenient - During our 4 nights here, the apartment got cleaned twice but the hygiene is not the best. We know the staffs are quite busy but there were still lots of hair in the bathroom, crumbs on the floor…etc show that it is not nicely cleaned as we expected Overall, since we expected fresh, clean, modern rooms, we don’t think this place suit our expectations. However, if you prefer the price and the area, we recommend the location.

The boss is very enthusiastic! He helped to communicate with the greenway security to let us pass. It was cold when we left, but he also gave us a cup of warm American coffee. The stay was very comfortable, with a full sense of interior design.

The location of the bed and breakfast is near the Mulan Flower Village Scenic Area, adjacent to the Mulan Lake, the environment is super amazing, out of the villa 3 minutes to the lake, the villa has 5 rooms 6 beds, friends went to several homes, played quite happy, And still in Mulan Flower Village played until almost 10 o'clock back, ate the boss's wife made at 10 pm egg three fresh noodles, the children were quite happy, the next day ate the boss made firewood rice, and rowed a canoe, saw Beautiful sunset, good villa experience 😁

The bathroom facilities are in perfect working order, hot water is consistent, and the internet speed is fast, making it ideal for business travelers. The service is polite and attentive, and check-in and check-out are handled efficiently. The breakfast selection is extensive, and it offers excellent value for money. It's a reliable and stress-free option for business trips, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next travels.

The room is quite spacious. It's a bit dated but clean. There's a snack street right downstairs, which is very convenient, and the lake view is also beautiful.

I would give a 10/10 if it's not because of the wifi in my room requires a Chinese number to activate. Otherwise, this hostel is a super gem, very clean, unbeatable location, friendly staff and has nice facilities

The boss service is super satisfied, the room is clean and tidy, the sight outside is very good, very intimate to help find a cost-effective parking lot, save time and effort, praise 👍👍👍👍
