I highly recommend this hotel for families with kids during the May Day holiday! The lobby offers free craft activities that are engaging and stimulating for children. The Monopoly game is fun and relaxing for both adults and kids. What's even better is the generous amount of complimentary gifts we received upon check-out, showing great attention to detail. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive. A big shout-out to Sunny at the front desk for helping us with an upgrade, which made our May Day holiday even more enjoyable. Five-star rating, the experience was absolutely fantastic!

This was my second visit to Wuhan, and I chose this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect. It's situated in the Li Huangpi Road area, offering direct access to Hankou Riverside Park on foot. Within minutes, you can walk to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, Bagong House, and Jianghan Customs Clock Tower. Exploring old streets, watching light shows, and trying out local food can mostly be done on foot, making getting around incredibly convenient and stress-free. We opted for the split-level loft room type. The overall decor has a simple industrial feel, with spacious and airy interiors. The design is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The common areas are beautifully styled, making them perfect for photos. It was a very comfortable stay.

This was my second Ritz-Carlton stay, after Sanya. Before my arrival, the concierge proactively reached out via WeChat, providing detailed information about the hotel and its surroundings. Upon arrival, staff immediately helped with my luggage and even offered to deliver it to my room. During check-in, they kindly asked if I needed a late checkout and extended it until 3 PM, which was absolutely fantastic! 👍 The high-rise lobby offers breathtaking views, with the city skyline and river stretching as far as the eye can see. Although it's a newly opened hotel, there were no strange odors in the room. The decor and lighting directly opposite the entrance immediately caught my eye. The bedding was very comfortable, and the amenities were from Diptyque, ensuring quality. Welcome fruits were provided, and turndown service included a thoughtful local cultural refrigerator magnet. For in-room dining, I ordered a burger and beef noodles, both of which were delicious. The most memorable part of breakfast was the cold brew – truly refreshing on a summer day. Upon checkout, they generously let me keep the room key card as a souvenir. If I ever have the chance to bring my family to Wuhan again, I'll definitely stay here.

I chose this hotel based on reviews and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, and the fresh, natural air immediately made me feel relaxed the moment I walked in. The pillows in the room were just right, offering perfect support, which allowed me to sleep soundly all night and wake up feeling completely refreshed. I promptly extended my stay for another night! All the room's amenities are very complete and well-arranged, making them incredibly convenient and easy to use. The attention to detail is evident throughout. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, and the service is very thoughtful. This is a true gem of a hotel where you can stay feeling completely at ease and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax and unwind!

I booked a connecting room. On the first day, they sent fruit and a doll. Downstairs is Chu River and Han Street, a newly built commercial area – it's okay to browse, but not a must-see. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a subway station. I heard that the Jiahua Hotel across the street is also owned by Wanda. A local driver told me this whole area used to be an old factory in Wuhan, later acquired and redeveloped by Wanda. The food options aren't plentiful, but it's great for being close to the Hubei Provincial Museum and East Lake. However, an Atour Hotel is right next door.

Great location and decent room. I especially loved the small patio on the 5th floor, which offered fantastic views of Parrot Island (Yingwuzhou) and the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge. My kids enjoyed the amusement park directly across the street. I even commented on how nice the lights looked from our side at night, only to realize when I went downstairs that they were coming from the residential building right next to us!

The front desk service was gentle and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. Karina was responsive and meticulous throughout, making our stay at Fairmont a wonderful experience. As a luxury hotel widely recognized as a second-tier powerhouse in Wuhan, the overall stay was commendable, but you can also feel the hardware aging issues that come with years of operation. The hotel lobby is high-ceilinged and spacious, with splendid and grand decor. The design incorporates elements of the Chu culture, and the fragrance creates a strong ambiance. The public areas offer great photo opportunities. Upon arrival, the concierge and front desk staff were responsive, and the service personnel were generally polite and attentive. Whether it was for check-in or daily requests, most of the time they provided excellent service, demonstrating the consistent quality expected from a luxury hotel. However, the guest rooms have obvious shortcomings. There are clear signs of heavy use on the hardware, and some facilities show aging. Due to Wuhan's high humidity climate, the bed felt slightly damp, which was noticeable when falling asleep and might be uncomfortable for guests sensitive to humidity. The room was spacious with a decent view from the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the amenities met brand standards. The hand soap was the fragrant Le Labo, but oddly, the other toiletries were from an unfamiliar brand. If you don't mind minor flaws like aging facilities and humidity, it's still a very good option in Wuhan; however, if you have high demands for room details and dryness, your stay experience might be compromised. Overall, it's worth experiencing, but don't go in with the expectation of a brand new luxury hotel. Service: Around 11:00 PM, I requested a few pillows, and they took a bit long to arrive.

After booking, the butler sent detailed directions and check-in instructions. The entire resort isn't huge, so it was quite easy to find. I booked a lakeside king room, which was very close to the lake with a great view, offering sights of the Ferris wheel and ski resort on the opposite bank. The room was spacious and well-equipped. We could contact the butler anytime for anything we needed. Overall, I was very satisfied! ^_^ The only minor drawback was that the private hot tub on the terrace was still under testing and couldn't be used, but they provided two 4-hour passes to the Hanjintang hot springs, which was a very thoughtful gesture.

The room is quite big and cost-effective. The room is fully equipped with sofa, projector, refrigerator, washing machine, complete surrounding facilities, and convenient for dining. However, the hygiene needs to be improved.

I have lived in many e-sports hotels, this one is really good 👍 The room style is what I like, and the lighting and decoration are very sensational. Needless to say, the computer configuration can be easily controlled by mainstream games. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. If you are tired, you can rest and watch a movie. The hygiene is also in place. The towels and bath towels are disposable and very convenient. The room has no smell and the bathroom is very clean. The staff were very enthusiastic and gave us a free late check-out. The check-in experience was great and I highly recommend it to everyone! We will come again next time!
