Highly recommend this hotel — it was such a comfortable stay during the May Day holiday. Even with the large holiday crowds, they maintained excellent service quality and hygiene standards. The room was quiet and tidy with great privacy, and the bed was so comfortable and restful that I wasn’t disturbed by anything outside. There were lots of lovely gifts for kids — little fans, puzzles, and more. The location is unbeatable, saving you time and effort when getting around. Every detail was thoughtful and considerate, and the price is very reasonable. A hidden gem for holiday stays!

AlyxPerkz provided excellent service, proactively upgrading my room. They also promptly resolved an issue with the bathtub at night. I was extremely satisfied with my stay, especially since I was traveling with my child for a US visa appointment and Wuhan was so hot that we mostly stayed at the hotel. We visited the swimming pool three times. I must commend the lifeguard who was on duty last night; he was incredibly kind to the children while we were swimming, playing games with them and watching them swim. As a parent, I felt completely at ease. Yesterday, I encountered a staff member in the hallway – unlike most hotels where they just offer a greeting, she quickly walked over and pressed the elevator button for me, which made me feel a bit embarrassed.

I chose this hotel based on reviews and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, and the fresh, natural air immediately made me feel relaxed the moment I walked in. The pillows in the room were just right, offering perfect support, which allowed me to sleep soundly all night and wake up feeling completely refreshed. I promptly extended my stay for another night! All the room's amenities are very complete and well-arranged, making them incredibly convenient and easy to use. The attention to detail is evident throughout. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, and the service is very thoughtful. This is a true gem of a hotel where you can stay feeling completely at ease and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax and unwind!

Communication with her was smooth, and she proactively anticipated guest needs, providing appropriate and thoughtful service that truly showcased the hotel's excellent service standards. Mandy also handled my check-in and check-out very meticulously. The experience was fantastic!

I booked a connecting room. On the first day, they sent fruit and a doll. Downstairs is Chu River and Han Street, a newly built commercial area – it's okay to browse, but not a must-see. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a subway station. I heard that the Jiahua Hotel across the street is also owned by Wanda. A local driver told me this whole area used to be an old factory in Wuhan, later acquired and redeveloped by Wanda. The food options aren't plentiful, but it's great for being close to the Hubei Provincial Museum and East Lake. However, an Atour Hotel is right next door.

Traveling with my family, the hotel's location was excellent. The river view room offered stunning views of several Yangtze River bridges and the Yellow Crane Tower, which my parents absolutely loved. The room service was very thoughtful; seeing that we were brewing tea, they proactively provided extra bottles of water and even placed paper covers on our teacups. My child's T-shirt, which was casually left on the sofa, was also neatly folded. Huang Rui, the lobby manager, actively inquired about our needs and offered us a late check-out, which perfectly solved the awkward situation of having nowhere to go between lunch and our high-speed train.

After booking, the butler sent detailed directions and check-in instructions. The entire resort isn't huge, so it was quite easy to find. I booked a lakeside king room, which was very close to the lake with a great view, offering sights of the Ferris wheel and ski resort on the opposite bank. The room was spacious and well-equipped. We could contact the butler anytime for anything we needed. Overall, I was very satisfied! ^_^ The only minor drawback was that the private hot tub on the terrace was still under testing and couldn't be used, but they provided two 4-hour passes to the Hanjintang hot springs, which was a very thoughtful gesture.

I was here for an exam and randomly found a hotel. The experience was excellent. The rooms are well-equipped and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a good night's rest. The front desk and housekeeping staff are professional, efficient, and attentive. I even received a free room upgrade and free breakfast. The hotel is ideally located, with convenient transportation and excellent surrounding amenities. Larger than average room, with large and clear floor-to-ceiling windows. There is plenty of sunlight and a very good view. And all the things are clean. All supplies are clean and neat. There are power plug and USB interfaces and charging is convenient. Washing Machine with detergent are there. Vela's service attitude at the front desk is very nice and considerate. Must choose this next time you come to Wuhan!

I have lived in many e-sports hotels, this one is really good 👍 The room style is what I like, and the lighting and decoration are very sensational. Needless to say, the computer configuration can be easily controlled by mainstream games. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. If you are tired, you can rest and watch a movie. The hygiene is also in place. The towels and bath towels are disposable and very convenient. The room has no smell and the bathroom is very clean. The staff were very enthusiastic and gave us a free late check-out. The check-in experience was great and I highly recommend it to everyone! We will come again next time!
