2219087****My first time staying at an Intercity Hotel was in 2024, and I chose this one. The surprise was beyond my imagination – it was far superior to what you'd expect from a standard business hotel! I'm so good at picking hotels, haha. Since then, Intercity has become my top choice for travel, making every trip安心 (peaceful) and comfortable.
My trip to Wuhan was delayed by a day, so I specifically rebooked at the Intercity Hotel Wuchang Street Mouth to relive the pleasant experience. The service quality has improved, the food is exquisite, the bedding is comfortable, and everyone I met was friendly and relaxed. All the quality was still there; it's like there's no ceiling to your excellence!
So now I know that for every business trip going forward, I will continue to trust you!

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious and well-designed. My husband and I were traveling together and worried about not sleeping well, so we each had our own room with two bathrooms, ensuring no disturbances. The location is also very convenient, with a mall downstairs and the subway just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and getting around very easy. The downside is that while the soundproofing within the room was good – my husband's snoring didn't bother me – I'm quite sensitive to noise, and the sound of water being used from either the next room or upstairs, or the air conditioning starting up, would still affect me in the middle of the night. Also, the trash can in the bathroom was foot-pedal operated, which was quite odd, especially since it was positioned behind me. You'd either have to move it to your feet, which was a hassle. Finally, although the deposit was refunded quite promptly after check-out, I don't really see the necessity of paying a deposit anymore. Many five-star hotels now allow you to stay on credit without a deposit, so there's no need to add unnecessary inconvenience for guests.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and hygienic, and they offered comforting congee in the evening. I stayed in a room with a floor-to-ceiling window, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time. I stayed for two days; the breakfast was good, the room was nice, the guest service was excellent, and the facilities were even better – great value for money.
They also offer breakfast takeaway service before 7:00 AM (reservation required 1 day in advance), and a drop-off service to Wuhan Station (Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM).

Mmable0907The hotel is right by Hankou Riverfront, a short walk to Xian'anfang and the pedestrian street. It's super convenient to go see the Yangtze River at night!
The rooms are perfect, and the whole hotel has that old foreign villa style. So many people were taking pictures, it really has a great vibe!
The room size is just right, with a separate wet and dry area, and there's even a robot delivering food!
I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! And the cat is super cute too!

Anyhow, other agent like Summer needs some improvement thought with bigger smile and greeting to guests upon arrival and greeting when meeting each time.

GGuest UserThe subway is right downstairs from the hotel, making getting around incredibly convenient. Just a short walk outside and you're on a street full of amazing food options! The hotel room style is so cozy, clean, and hygienic. My favorite part is the breakfast; it's so varied and plentiful, and the noodle soup is really delicious! The restaurant has a very elegant and high-class design. We even ordered late-night snacks to the hotel and were able to use their restaurant to eat them, which was fantastic! The front desk staff provided excellent service; everyone was very friendly and thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

The staff are all incredibly polite and proactively brought me a late-night snack. The environment is spotless, and the washing machines and dryers work perfectly.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, and the lobby is quite stylish. The room environment was impeccable, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. Getting around was super convenient, as it's very close to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street – I just walked there directly. Mike at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming, and even thoughtfully prepared a late-night snack. The night I stayed, they had complimentary chicken soup and pumpkin congee. There are tons of great food options nearby, and ordering takeout was also very easy. This hotel really offers great value for money; I'd definitely recommend it!

GGuest UserLocation: There's a lot to do in the area and a ton of convenience stores, restaurants, shops, etc. Baotong temple, Dream Plaza mall, and the subway station are all approx a 10 minute walk away. It's also easy to hail a Didi in front of the hotel. During our stay, the outer facade seems to be under construction, so it could appear confusing re: how to enter the hotel, but there are signs pointing you towards the detour, and you can always ask the guards on duty for directions. Lobby is on the 2nd floor.
Cleanliness: This hotel is very new, so the rooms feel pristine. Really appreciated having a bidet toilet. Slippers are excellent quality. Housekeeping replaces towels and amenities daily.
Service: Everyone working here was polite and eager to help, from front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeping.
Facilities: The breakfast buffet is solid, complete with a noodle bar, traditional Chinese breakfast offerings and some Western options as well, plus a coffee machine that made a pretty decent espresso. It is, however, a bit pricier than other hotels we've stayed at...around 68 RMB per person per day. The laundry room was a bit challenging for us as well. You have to scan a QR code in order for the machines to work, and the QR code leads to an app that requires a Chinese phone number. The staff was kind enough to help us by using their own phones for the machines, but this means you can't really do laundry on your own if you're an international guest.

CChet and SunnyHotel was located very close to Metro and shopping street. Comfortable, clean, and quiet room with partial river view; only complaint was the window needed cleaning to give full marks for our stay. Breakfast was also very good with pleasant seating atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for a very good value if you're touring Wuhan!
