"The facilities, hygiene, and environment all deserve five stars. The reason for the low rating is primarily due to the issue pictured in image eight and service problems. The hotel's decor is very stylish, and the room itself is well-designed. I'm quite sensitive to smells, and even though it was a windowless room, there was no strange odor, and the air felt fresh and not stuffy, which I really appreciated. The height of the vanity table was also perfect for applying makeup. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the extra-large TV was fantastic to watch, plus it came with VIP access. All the advantages mentioned above are due to the hotel's hardware facilities. The service was a bit chaotic, but if it were just a minor service issue, I would have overlooked it and given a high rating because of the excellent hardware. However, the main problem is the safety and privacy issue shown in image eight. Around 2 PM, I was about to take a shower when suddenly my room door was opened by someone using a key card without any warning. It was a stranger, who claimed to be a maintenance worker there to fix the curtains, saying he didn't know there was a guest inside. I don't know how your hotel's internal communication works, but why can a maintenance worker just swipe a key card and enter? I consider this a serious mistake. If I had been a bit faster, I might have been naked in front of a strange man. I've stayed in so many hotels and this is the first time I've encountered something like this – it's outrageous!"

The hotel itself was very clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. It offered good value for money too. The expansive curved glass windows embrace the city skyline; during the day, crystal-clear natural light fills the entire room, and in the evening, as the city lights up, the buildings of Optics Valley glow layer upon layer. Lying in bed and gazing out, my fatigue instantly melted away. Overall, the design has a French minimalist, light luxury vibe, with low-saturation soft furnishings that are warm and aesthetically pleasing. The entire room is equipped with smart voice control, making for a wonderfully lazy and comfortable stay. The King Koil mattress offers soft support, and the pillows are comfortable, ensuring a full night's peaceful sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and is equipped with a Dyson hairdryer, a smart toilet, and a vanity mirror with built-in lighting – very thoughtful for women's grooming. The capsule coffee machine and complimentary mini-bar drinks make for a perfectly cozy time relaxing in the room. The hotel is quietly nestled amidst the bustling area, and the soundproofing is excellent. Downstairs, there's also a tranquil little garden. The front desk service was gentle and attentive, and the executive room amenities were an added bonus. It's suitable whether you're traveling for business or on a short city break. Falling asleep overlooking the city view and waking up to a panoramic vista – this stay was both gentle and unforgettable."

"This is a newly opened hotel, and the hygiene is excellent. There's a slight scent of wood and air freshener, which is acceptable. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great river view, and it's easy to open them for ventilation. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich, a mix of Chinese and Western options, and tastes really good. You can even see the Yellow Crane Tower from there! It's very close to the subway station, and getting a taxi right outside is convenient. There's a commercial street downstairs, so ordering takeout is easy, and you can get all the highly recommended local dishes. Overall, this is the most satisfying Atour Hotel I've stayed at so far!"

"This hotel is right next to Dehua Building, and just a ten-minute walk to Shuita Street Food Night Market. Jianghan Road offers a huge variety of restaurants, hot pot, and BBQ options. They even have robots deliver takeout to your room, which was super convenient for ordering Liangliang Steamed Shrimp and Xiaomin Dai Paai Dong. For breakfast, you can enjoy authentic hot dry noodles at the hotel. After a full day of exploring and eating, you can come back and use voice control to turn on the lights and open the curtains. This place is an absolute dream for foodies!"
