Excellent location, and the soft bedding made for a comfortable night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very quick. The location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. The bathroom had ample hot water, and it's great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

Every detail, from arrival to check-out, showed great care. It's ideal for both short trips and temporary stays, and it's definitely on my list for a return visit. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone traveling.

I was pleasantly surprised by this unassuming hotel! It boasts top-notch hygiene, excellent facilities, and exceptional service. The hotel is conveniently located less than 200 meters from Hankou Station's entrance, so you'll never have to worry about oversleeping and missing your train. The rooms are equipped with smart devices, and everything is new and spotlessly clean. What truly stood out was the hotel's breakfast – I'd say it's even better than what you'd find at some five-star hotels. I also want to give a special shout-out to the hotel staff. When I checked out in the morning, it was raining, and a staff member proactively offered me a disposable raincoat, which was such a thoughtful gesture. And of course, the price is very reasonable, making it highly recommended.

The room was very clean, well-equipped, and the service was excellent. Parking was also very convenient! We took some beautiful photos, the kids had a blast in the water, and we enjoyed delicious food. We even participated in a pizza-making activity organized by the hotel! We had a wonderful Children's Day holiday! 👩🏻👦🏻👶

Service details were absolutely perfect! Xiao Lu and Jay at the front desk were friendly and natural, making the check-in process smooth and seamless. They responded promptly to last-minute requests, which made for an excellent experience. The room had great natural light, was clean, and free of any strange odors.

The room was quite spacious, comfortable, and clean, but the bathroom door directly faced the bed and there was no door at all, which is a poor design choice. Usually, the door faces the entrance hallway. There aren't many parking spaces downstairs, so if you arrive late, it's hard to find a spot. Overall, it's still decent, and breakfast was quite rich.

The front desk is on the 9th floor, and the rooms are on the 7th, which made check-in and check-out a bit of a hassle. During the May Day holiday, the room rate was outrageous, nearly 800 a night, yet the service and experience were only worth about 300-400. Upon entering the room, it felt stuffy and had an unpleasant odor. Its only redeeming quality is its proximity to the station, but even then, it's not as noticeable upon exiting the station as the Wyndham. Check-in was unremarkable, but at check-out, they asked for my WeChat, which I found odd. It might be okay at regular prices, but at double the price, I definitely wouldn't recommend it. 🙅🏻‍♀️

This made me feel at ease even before I arrived. I accidentally left my power bank at the hotel, and they promptly contacted me. Nico Li immediately helped package and mail it back, which was a huge relief – their sense of responsibility is truly outstanding. The front desk service was equally warm and thoughtful, even providing a complimentary breakfast, and the food was delicious. The entire check-in process was smooth, with no issues whatsoever. The staff were responsive, enthusiastic, and attentive, and every aspect of the service was top-notch. The value for money is incredible! I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it to all travelers!

The room layout is great, and the facilities are very new. The bed is super comfortable, and the shower has good water pressure, which was really nice. Overall, I'm very satisfied. It's clean and hygienic, the service is warm and friendly, and the location is convenient with a reasonable price. The air conditioning works well, and the room's fresh air system is excellent – even without a window, it doesn't feel stuffy. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's close to Hankou Beach, easily accessible via Metro Line 2.
