The rooms are clean and tidy, and the environment is quiet and peaceful, truly helping to shake off travel fatigue. What touched me most was the butler's meticulous service. They patiently shared nearby travel routes and thoughtfully planned out dining, accommodation, and transportation arrangements. When I accidentally left my charger behind as I was departing and couldn't easily provide an address on the highway, the butler thoughtfully looked up the details of my next hotel and quietly arranged for it to be sent there. This kind of silent care, without any forced politeness, showed genuine thoughtfulness in every detail, making it feel as comfortable and reassuring as home. For anyone traveling to Wuhan, this is undoubtedly a treasure trove of a place worth choosing, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers.

I stayed at the Orange Crystal Hotel in Wuhan's Jiedaokou for a business trip, and my overall experience was great. I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Xiao Di. I often stay in hotels, and I don't really expect anything overly luxurious; what I value most is the service attitude and attention to detail. Xiao Di excelled in this regard. When I checked in, there were quite a few people, but she handled everything efficiently and quickly, so I didn't have to wait long. Communication with her was very pleasant – neither cold nor overly formal. She clearly explained the check-in procedures and breakfast times, and patiently answered all my questions.

The biggest surprise was the 'Bamboo Library Corner'! You can scan a QR code to borrow books for free, and the borrowing and returning process is clearly laid out. Being able to immerse myself in reading while staying at a hotel is a detail that really resonates with art and literature lovers like me! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and there was plenty of natural light from the window. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, making check-in quick and thoughtful, and even giving very clear directions. Staying here felt like being in a comfortable and relaxing living room at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

The environment is great! It's quite clean. It's convenient to take a taxi to the concert venue, though it's a bit far from the subway station. The high-altitude view is beautiful, and there's complimentary lemonade in the lobby which tastes good.

The room was very clean, and the lobby of X Hotel was also very grand. The Xiao Du smart speaker in the room was very intelligent and could control the lights. The hotel's laundry service was very convenient. Highly recommended! The front desk staff was also very welcoming.
