When I returned to the room on the first night, it was basically the same as when I left in the morning, so I changed the towels. 7. There was a basketball court right below my room, and people were playing basketball in the early morning. The hotel said it could not do anything about it and provided me with earplugs. 8. The hotel had a power outage the next day, probably because of heavy rain and thunder. I hope the hotel can pay attention to this and make improvements, thank you!

A place that truly focuses on both environment and service like this is just wonderful!
