1. This eco-friendly hotel is deeply connected with nature (I personally appreciate that they provide amenities like toothbrushes). 2. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here, especially the hotel's tranquil paths, lush greenery, fresh lawns, and creative roadside seating. It was incredibly relaxing. 3. During our 3-day stay, we had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel, and the food was excellent. The ingredients were fresh, and the beef had the same quality and taste as what I've experienced in Europe and the US. 4. The bathroom facilities are great, and the hotel provides Bulgari toiletries, which was a nice touch. 5. The staff were very kind, prompt, and friendly. Many locals also vacation at this hotel (evidenced by the number of local cars). Overall, the hotel felt like a second home to me. I will definitely stay at Amber Pure Hill Hotel again if I return.

We had a wonderful stay at the Miru Miru Hotel during our trip to Jeju Island. Overall, we were very satisfied, and the hotel left a great impression on us. The hotel environment was very comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were quite complete. We had a really good rest during our stay. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly, patiently helping us with any questions we had, which made us feel very comfortable. The hotel's location was also quite convenient, with good transport links whether for sightseeing, dining, or getting to the airport. Coming back to a quiet, clean, and comfortable room after a day of exploring greatly enhanced our travel experience. We had a very enjoyable time in Jeju Island, and the hotel's overall service and accommodation experience exceeded our expectations. If we have the chance to visit Jeju Island again in the future, we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

I was very satisfied with this hotel. The price went up during the Mid-Autumn Festival, which is understandable, but the stay was very comfortable! The bed and pillows were incredibly relaxing, and it was quite quiet too. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which was a nice bonus! The biggest surprise though was the gym – it's quite large! As someone who loves to work out, I was extremely happy about that! The family room compared to the standard twin room is only slightly bigger, with a slightly larger bed and a bathtub, but otherwise, there isn't much difference.

Very welcoming staff members, and the owner was very friendly and conversational. And a cute, quiet dog who enjoys watching you eat breakfast! The Included breakfast is an egg and jam sandwich with coffee/juice. Funny combination for the sandwich, but nice to have a classic Korean breakfast. The kitchen provides crockery and utensils. It has a sink for washing up (everyone must clean up after themselves), cooking facilities (hob), a microwave, water dispenser (hot and cold), and a kettle. They also played the World Cup matches on the TV and music throughout the day. The kitchen closes at 11PM (including the seating area). The bedroom was decent. The mattress, blanket and pillow were alright. The beds creaked a bit and the curtains had a bit of a gap at the top, letting light in. But no huge issues. There is AC in the bedrooms so it’s not too hot. The guesthouse was quite empty when I was there, so the 2 toilets and 3 showers were plenty. With body wash, shampoo, a small towel and a hair dryer provided. The quiet curfew & lights off at 11PM were politely and timely conducted each night. No drying hair after this time, but you can still shower if you’re quiet. The movie every evening on the terrace/rooftop was slightly hard to see because it gets projected onto the wall. But it’s a cute concept. Although, no one was out there apart from the mosquitos, so I only stayed a few minutes and can’t review the experience fully. There is a 7-eleven right next door, which is very convenient. And a GS25 just across the road. The guesthouse is also relatively close to Yongduam Rock and Yongyeon Pond, which are nice scenic spots. There are lots of tour groups at sunset, so maybe avoid those crowds if you can, although it is very beautiful at sunset! Overall, a very pleasant stay!

I chose this place because I had an early flight in the morning, so the location near the airport was perfect! However, once I got to the accommodation, it felt quite old and the interior was very hot. They only gave one towel, and if you needed more, you had to rent one for 1,000 won. There are a total of 4 rooms, usually with 6-8 beds, and one male and one female restroom/shower room. The shower room felt cramped even for one person, and my clothes got wet. The bunk bed ladders were narrow and steep, making them difficult to climb up and down. I saw a note in the hallway saying the owner runs the guesthouse alone. Apparently, long-term guests can work for a day to cover their accommodation costs? That makes me wonder who does the cleaning and if the bedding is washed frequently. When I went to the dining area for a glass of water, there was no water dispenser; they just had purified water in a container in the fridge. While saving money is good, I wish they'd be a bit more considerate so guests can stay comfortably. I'm still deciding if I'll go back.----^^

Spent 4 nights here. Pros: Excellent service, varied breakfast, clean rooms, filtered water, and a great pool to compensate for the lack of nearby swimming beaches. The surrounding area has shops and coffee shops. Cons: The beach is quite far, and if you're traveling with kids, you will need to taxi everywhere. Airport access is easy though. A good base if you're okay with commuting.

The facilities are clean and the location overlooking the sea has a wonderful view. The bed is quite comfortable and the room is spacious. Language barrier can be a bit tough and the bath towels could be upgraded and renewed. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Basic room and amenities. There is a laundry room with a dryer. Restaurants are nearby but you do need to cycle or drive out. Good for a overnight cycling stay. Maybe nicer if you come in a group and have a BBQ dinner outdoor in the tent.

The geothermal is like no money, the hot steam at night, there is no separate switch, the facilities are a bit old, I hope it can be improved, the supermarket owner on the first floor or the waiter is not very good 😌

The only reason I am giving this hotel any credit is because of its excellent location. It is very close to a major bus stop, making it easy to travel almost anywhere on Jeju Island. For visitors relying on public transportation, this is definitely a huge advantage. Unfortunately, everything else about my experience was disappointing. I booked a Business Twin Room and paid significantly more than the other room types because I wanted comfort, privacy, and peace of mind during my trip. However, when I checked in, I was informed that the room I had reserved was unavailable. Instead, I was moved to a 4-person bunk-bed dormitory room, which was completely different from what I had paid for and something I was not comfortable with at all. To make matters worse, the bed did not appear clean. It felt as though the bedding had simply been rearranged rather than properly washed for quite some time. The room also had an unpleasant odor, giving the impression that it had not been cleaned thoroughly. Only after I complained did the staff finally clean the room. The biggest issue, however, was the host's attitude and lack of responsibility. When I contacted Trip.com regarding my complaints, it was extremely difficult to communicate with the hotel. Sometimes the host was sleeping, sometimes they could not be found, and whenever contact was finally made, they shifted the responsibility onto me and Trip.com instead of trying to resolve the problem. I was repeatedly told to contact Trip.com myself, which caused unnecessary stress and took away much of the enjoyment from my trip. On the positive side, I would like to sincerely thank Trip.com for their excellent customer service. They were responsive, supportive, and helped me throughout the process. Whenever problems arose, I felt reassured knowing that Trip.com was there to assist me. In the end, they provided fair compensation for the inconvenience, and I truly appreciate their efforts. I will definitely continue booking through Trip.com in the future. However, I will never stay at this hotel again due to the poor service and unprofessional attitude I experienced.
