Amazing
__WeChat235566****The place was incredibly clean!
The staff were all super friendly and kind! My suitcase was really big and heavy, and they helped me carry it, which I really appreciate! The overall atmosphere was great. Plus, you can enjoy breakfast with music playing.
My trip was quite long, so I've stayed in both the single room and the dormitory. The single room is on the first floor and has its own private bathroom. The female dormitory is on the third floor, and the showers and toilets are convenient. A minor downside is that the ladder to the top bunk was a bit uncomfortable on the feet. All the rooms are on the smaller side, but they're clean and comfortable, and the mattresses are just right – not too soft, not too firm, perfect for sleeping. I think both room types are excellent!
I had a wonderful stay and a great experience. I highly, highly, highly recommend everyone to stay here.

Great
JJiaoshageliOverall, a good experience. The facilities are top-notch, but there's room for improvement in service and attention to detail.
- Perfect location: Close to the airport and duty-free shops, super convenient for travel and shopping.
- The room was spacious, with excellent views. The bedding was comfortable and very clean, as was the bathroom. Room cleaning was prompt.
- Luxurious amenities: The pool, sauna, and gym are all worth experiencing.
- There's a shuttle service to and from the airport every 30 minutes. Just wait in the shuttle waiting area; no free shuttle ticket is needed. Hotel staff proactively help with luggage.
- Minor drawbacks:
- Due to the unified arrival of airport shuttles, the front desk can have long queues during peak hours, and efficiency is average. The front desk staff were very polite, which was a plus.
- Some rooms might have noticeable airplane noise. Light sleepers should be cautious. The noise was particularly prominent on the last day.
- There's no free lounge area in the lobby. Perhaps there are some on other floors that I didn't discover.
Conclusion: The hardware lives up to the Grand Hyatt brand, and overall, it's still recommendable.

Great
Yydw81Traveling with two kids, we booked the Grand Hyatt and Poshang Resort for our trip. This hotel left us with incredibly fond memories. The staff were warm and professional, and I'm especially grateful for their room arrangement – the room we were assigned was fantastic! I absolutely loved the room's decor; it perfectly suited my taste, and the attention to detail was a huge plus. On the day we arrived, there was a blizzard outside, but the moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped in warmth. The bedding was light yet incredibly cozy, a truly wonderful feeling. Our underfloor heating at home is usually set to 21 degrees Celsius, so if the room felt too hot at night and affected our sleep, we'd simply turn it off. The room's insulation was excellent, as the temperature was still around 23 degrees when we woke up. The breakfast was a bit pricey, and while the options weren't as extensive as some other hotels, the quality of the food was superb. It was also less crowded before 8:30 AM. The hotel's environment is exceptional, with a strong sense of design. The kids had a blast playing in the snow in the courtyard, and spotting small animals was a delightful surprise. Anyone who loves peace and quiet would definitely enjoy a vacation here. The only minor hardware issue was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, possibly related to the slow drainage of the sink. Additionally, there were some unexplained stains on the bedding in our room. Worried we might be charged for them, I mentioned it to the cleaning staff who came to change the trash can. I've had similar experiences at other hotels where the cleaning staff would immediately change the bedding when I brought it up, but that wasn't the case here.

Great
VVxiaobaWaking up to the gentle sound of waves at Shilla Stay Plus Lihot Towoo Beach Hotel, it felt like the ocean was right outside our window, lulling us to sleep. Our twin room was spacious and comfortable, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows framing a magnificent, ever-changing seascape. The kids danced barefoot by the window, watching clouds cast shadows on the glass.
In the evening, we all leaned by the window, watching the orange sunset slowly dip into the horizon, painting the sky and sea in soft, warm hues. Time seemed to stand still in that moment, and I heard my child quietly say, ”Mommy, the sun is going to sleep.”
Just outside the hotel was the unique black volcanic rock coast. My child curiously touched the rough rocks, listening to Dad tell stories of this land from billions of years ago. The tide rolled in, breaking into foamy white waves on the black reefs. My little one squatted there for a long time, saying it looked like the ocean was dancing.
This wasn't just a place to stay; it was a sanctuary where we had intimate conversations with the sea, with nature, and with each other. On the way home, my child kept asking, ”When can we go back to hear the waves sleep again?”

GGuest UserI decided on this place after searching while walking the Olle Trail, and I'm generally satisfied...
The price for an 8-person room was acceptable for a weekday (30,000 won is fine for a weekday in Jeju City), but I paid more on the weekend...??? Anyway, they followed their rules well, and the ocean view was nice. If the price was right, I'd stay here again.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located on the edge of Geonil Road, offering good value for money. Overall, it's pretty good; clean and safe. I have no complaints about the hotel itself, but the rules at South Korean hotels really surprised me. Even if there are available rooms, you can't check in before 3 PM, and you have to pay an extra 5,000 KRW for a toothbrush. Developed countries sure are different!

QQianshanghuakaiThis was our last night in Jeju Island. The room was very clean and tidy, and the underfloor heating made it very warm. The facilities were new, and the location was great, right next to a pedestrian street, perfect for a stroll. However, maybe because our stay was so short, I didn't find any unique little shops. There were plenty of BBQ and potato pork backbone soup restaurants though. Both check-in and check-out were very convenient. It's also very close to the airport; we actually walked there the next morning.

GGuest UserThe cost is cheap, the bathroom is insufficient, and the sound insulation is not good. As a night stay in Hanyu Mountain, the location is convenient. There are supermarkets and supermarkets downstairs, and shopping is quite convenient.

AAnonymous UserWe booked a quad room, and it offered fantastic value for money! The room was impeccably clean and very spacious. The shower and other facilities were excellent. The staff at the front desk, especially the gentleman, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Housekeeping also did a superb job, keeping everything spotless. There are microwaves available on the second and fourth floors, and purified water dispensers on every floor for guests to use – truly a gem of a hotel! I'll definitely choose New Jeju Hotel again on my next trip to Jeju Island and highly recommend it to my friends. Its location is super convenient; it's very close to various shopping centers like E-Mart and Daiso, as well as Baojian-ro, and a wide array of restaurants including fried chicken, Jajangmyeon, hairtail fish, Korean beef, and black pork. Plus, there are three or four convenience stores nearby. You'll truly feel at home here, and it's absolutely superb value for money! ^_^
