JJulietteLI had such a wonderful stay at Mir’s! First time in Korea so wanted to familiarize myself with locals by starting off staying at a shared dorm. Eventually chose Mir’s over other hotels! First night at the place was greeted by Kevin, a very sweet boy who’s been so helpful and kind. The owner of the place is also very welcoming and polite.
The whole building is well designed and very clean, smelling good. Rooms are quiet and people are respectful! Very happy with the stay. The location is so amazing as it’s close to the ocean and many cute coffee shops and delicious restaurants. Thank you!

Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean and tidy.
Ambiance: Stayed on a high floor, around the 30s, and the night view was absolutely stunning!
Service: They understood Chinese, so communication was seamless. There's a dedicated Grand Hyatt counter right when you exit the arrival floor, and complimentary car service is available.

SShenshuilanlansunnyStill very satisfied with my second stay here; the overall experience was great. The front desk offers Chinese-speaking service, making communication smooth and hassle-free. The location is superb, within walking distance to Shilla and Lotte Duty-Free shops, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it super convenient for exploring and eating out. The shower has excellent water pressure and ample hot water, which is very refreshing. It's great value for money, perfect for friends visiting Jeju for shopping and sightseeing. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

GGuest UserI decided on this place after searching while walking the Olle Trail, and I'm generally satisfied...
The price for an 8-person room was acceptable for a weekday (30,000 won is fine for a weekday in Jeju City), but I paid more on the weekend...??? Anyway, they followed their rules well, and the ocean view was nice. If the price was right, I'd stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to Baojian Road, very close to Shilla Duty Free. Downstairs, there's a supermarket and a CU convenience store. The front desk staff all speak Chinese, so communication is absolutely no problem. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and both the 312 and 316 buses go to Dongmun Market, which is super convenient.

QQianshanghuakaiThis was our last night in Jeju Island. The room was very clean and tidy, and the underfloor heating made it very warm. The facilities were new, and the location was great, right next to a pedestrian street, perfect for a stroll. However, maybe because our stay was so short, I didn't find any unique little shops. There were plenty of BBQ and potato pork backbone soup restaurants though. Both check-in and check-out were very convenient. It's also very close to the airport; we actually walked there the next morning.

AAnonymous UserDo not get taken in by the photo. When we arrived, we were so shocked by how old the place looks compared to the picture. The lobby was empty, there's no one by the door at anytime, only the receptionist and they barely acknowledge you till you queue and reach them. They are not fluent in English or Chinese, barely able to communicate at all, till google translate. The room looks like the picture but doesn't look like the picture as well, everything is in the right place but it looks nothing like the pictures. Way less bright, way less glam, and everything is broken literally. Our tap is faulty, it's a struggle to use the basin everyday. The curtain fell and was lying on the floor. The hook for your towel is broken and dangling. The charging socket is broken and can't charge. The shower leaks water even if you're not using then rain shower. And they only allow request of additional 2 bottles of water. Mini bar is fully chargeable. There is no smart TV or any phone screen mimicking, so the TV is useless. You want to pull the curtains? Gotta climb up the tub and walk on it and pull. All in all, very disappointing and not worth my money. It is considered affordable but tbh you could do better. I would've booked another hotel instantly if this was refundable 5 mins inside the room. 3 out of 10 for me.

AAnonymous UserWe booked a quad room, and it offered fantastic value for money! The room was impeccably clean and very spacious. The shower and other facilities were excellent. The staff at the front desk, especially the gentleman, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Housekeeping also did a superb job, keeping everything spotless. There are microwaves available on the second and fourth floors, and purified water dispensers on every floor for guests to use – truly a gem of a hotel! I'll definitely choose New Jeju Hotel again on my next trip to Jeju Island and highly recommend it to my friends. Its location is super convenient; it's very close to various shopping centers like E-Mart and Daiso, as well as Baojian-ro, and a wide array of restaurants including fried chicken, Jajangmyeon, hairtail fish, Korean beef, and black pork. Plus, there are three or four convenience stores nearby. You'll truly feel at home here, and it's absolutely superb value for money! ^_^

GGuest UserThis place is honestly not as bad as the reviews make it seem. The room is your average Korean hostel room (no curtains tho). The bathroom is a bit messy but overall not dirty. The location is very convenient if you are planning to explore the island by bus.
For the very little price paid, I would stay at this hostel again!
