Mountain View Hotels in Jeju City

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Hamdeok Beach. Getting there is easy, whether by car or taxi, and there's ample parking for guests. Our villa was incredibly luxurious, and our family had a fantastic time. The staff thoroughly explained all the in-room amenities, and they even offer a self-service platform for ordering food delivery. The pool water was sparkling clean, the air conditioning was perfectly cool, and honestly, we couldn't find a single flaw.

1. This eco-friendly hotel is deeply connected with nature (I personally appreciate that they provide amenities like toothbrushes). 2. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here, especially the hotel's tranquil paths, lush greenery, fresh lawns, and creative roadside seating. It was incredibly relaxing. 3. During our 3-day stay, we had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel, and the food was excellent. The ingredients were fresh, and the beef had the same quality and taste as what I've experienced in Europe and the US. 4. The bathroom facilities are great, and the hotel provides Bulgari toiletries, which was a nice touch. 5. The staff were very kind, prompt, and friendly. Many locals also vacation at this hotel (evidenced by the number of local cars). Overall, the hotel felt like a second home to me. I will definitely stay at Amber Pure Hill Hotel again if I return.

I had a really enjoyable stay at Reve Hotel Jeju during my trip to Jeju. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel location was very convenient, surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping areas. The staff were also friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. Moreover, the uncle working at the front desk at night could also speak Chinese, which made communication much easier. Considering the price, it was definitely great value, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Jeju.

This is my Nth time in Jeju. I have stayed in many B&Bs and was amazed by Allegra. The environment is quiet and private, and the whole space is full of design. The room is tidy and clean, with complete facilities and great details! The host is considerate and always responds to requests. It is very comfortable to stay.

I had such a happy stay! It's been renovated, so it's clean and quiet. I stayed for three nights, and the staff were incredibly kind, even changing the bedding without me asking. For the best views, I recommend the main resort building. If you're in the hotel building, definitely check out the karaoke! My three nights were so comfortable and happy! Thank you so much!

The hotel boasts an excellent location right by the sea, and the sea view rooms offer stunning scenery. You can literally just cross the street and be on the beach. It's also conveniently close to many popular internet-famous spots. It's similar to Sanya, primarily focused on water activities. My child had a blast collecting hermit crabs, regular crabs, and small shrimp after the tide went out. It was great to be able to return to the hotel quickly after playing. Exiting the hotel lobby, if you walk straight ahead and then turn right at the intersection, there's a laundromat. This was a lifesaver, rescuing four or five days' worth of dirty clothes and making the entire trip much easier. The downside is that the hotel is undeniably old, and the facilities are outdated. You have to shower standing in the bathtub. Without a shower curtain, the entire bathroom gets soaked when you shower. The drain also tends to give off an odor after showering, so you need to cap it promptly. The room isn't large, and you're required to take off your shoes upon entering, which made it feel a bit dirty to me, though my child enjoyed going barefoot. After checking in, the hotel's reusable slippers already had sand on the bottom, and there was sand on the tables and chairs too. Those with high hygiene standards should probably reconsider this hotel. The elderly front desk staff (grandpas and grandmas) were decent during check-in and check-out. We didn't have any special requests, so we didn't experience the 'cold shoulder' that some reviews mention.

2 of the man in charge of the front desk were unfriendly and looking fierce when we checked in. Upon checking out on the4th morning, we tried to ask them to assist in getting a taxi as I we have an early flight which they were reluctant. However, they complied but shouted at us to sit tight while he called for a taxi. This was uncalled for. Will never stay again even if the offer is free.

I would say everything was excellent until the moment you needed help, when something didn’t work or something was missing in the room. Then you realize that there is no one at the hotel, and the only remote front desk has staff who don’t speak English and yell at you. Moreover, when trying to resolve our issue, we finally managed to get someone sent to us — but he stumbled into our room, reeking of alcohol, and clearly had no intention of solving anything. Overall, it really spoiled the impression.
