I made a reservation after reading the reviews, and the owner is literally so kind. I was looking around and didn't know when I would go to the accommodation, so when I arrived, I wanted to ask if they could use the baby pool, but when I arrived a little after 5pm, I was greeted warmly. He said he couldn't contact me because his contact information was strange and asked first if I wanted to use the baby pool. I asked if I could use it even though it was late in the winter, and he said he would clean it and do it for me (it took about 2 and a half hours). They said that the pool tiles in the room I was going to be using were damaged and needed to be repaired, so they moved me to the next room and let me use it. The day we went was a weekday and off-peak season, so the room was empty. (The kids really liked the water because it was warm even though it was cold. They played for about an hour and had fun.) They said it was chilly because they had to move rooms, so they gave me a hot air fan and morning coffee. I knew breakfast wasn't provided, so I was going to go out and eat it, but I was so thankful that you took care of it on the last day. It's been a long time since I haven't been able to travel much due to my husband's work, so I'm glad I rested well and made good memories^^

Totally recommended for family travellers. The room condition and all conditions are good~^^
