BBuwangchuxin（hongli）The first time I Wenshan, I chose to stay at Fengbang Hotel in Trip.com . I was not disappointed and the satisfaction greatly exceeded expectations. First of all, the front desk service was very good, warm reception and patiently answered questions. Also upgraded the room for us. Because the hotel is a bit away from the city, the hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off. We like to go to Everbright Pedestrian Street to eat, the hotel has provided pick-up and drop-off many times. In particular, the driver Xiao Zhao is praised for his good service attitude and high driving skills. He contacted us patiently during the pick-up process. The second is that the hotel room is very hygienic and has no smell. The hot water for bathing is very comfortable, especially the bathtub is very relieved. Third, the room is soundproofed and very quiet. Fourth, parking in front of the hotel is very convenient. In short, very satisfied, have the opportunity to choose to stay, and will recommend to friends!

The decoration of the room is still quite new. The first time I stayed here, there were surprises. I passed late. There were no two left in their room. The front desk lady was still I upgraded the room type for free. The service attitude is really good. There is also a shoe polisher detail in the lobby. If I have the opportunity to travel next time, I will still choose to live here. I heard the staff recommend that there is a water splash festival recently. Unfortunately, there is no time, otherwise I will definitely go to participate.

GGuest User房間很乾凈～也很方便，停車場在地下直接可以上去，前台的小哥哥小姐姐服務很好，行李太多，小哥還幫忙拿行李～狗狗也可以帶，很推薦這家，前提大家一定要文明養寵，不搗亂房間，注意衞生，不影響到其他住客休息，因為很難得有乾淨方便的酒店寵物友好了

The water temperature of the shower may be a bit problematic. The water release time is a little longer. It is cold and hot. The front desk who checked in on the first day felt that the service was not very good. The tone of answering the question was a bit impatient. I saw a sign at the front desk for free. Washing the car, asking it and going back ”can't wash”, The next two days were very good. The front desk answered the next day with a gentle tone. It was very polite to call the floor to get water at noon, and gave two oranges. Overall not bad.
