LLEE MEI HSIANGThe hotel is located near the international bus terminal and Eurasia Square, about a ten-minute taxi ride from the high-speed rail station. The rooms are large, new, clean, and free of smoke. The front desk staff are friendly and polite, which is rare. Despite its prime location, the rooms are exceptionally quiet, with excellent soundproofing. This is my second time staying at Orange Hotel, and my impression is as good as ever, demonstrating the company's dedication. The breakfast is very varied and delicious, and the coffee is also good – another thumbs up!

GGuest UserDecoration at 8.9am, very big noise frame smashing the wall, lasting 3 hours, can not rest at all. The front desk didn't prompt to inform at all, speechless. I called the front desk, who told them that the drug store next door was renovating, but didn't tell them, and they didn't know... This was the front desk's answer that there was no solution at all. After continuing to smash the wall for 1 hour, I called the front desk to ask for the earplugs, which took more than 40 minutes to be delivered. I can't rest at all and I'm going to die. The front desk also needs training, customers ask questions, at least think of solutions..
Ps The room was clean and hygienic with good facilities
If you are not afraid of noise, you can decide

GGuest UserThe standard room is quite big, but the hygiene is just average. If you don't have high requirements for accommodation, this is fine. But if you have children, you should stay in a room with better hygiene than this one.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious, clean and hygienic, and the decoration and configuration are high-end for a three-star hotel. The location is excellent, and it takes only three minutes to walk to Hunchun Crab Street. There are also many cost-effective restaurants around... Especially the front desk staff are friendly and easy to communicate with, which is unique to Northeastern people. A big thumbs up👍

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from the seafood street, parking is convenient at the door, the room is clean and tidy, the front desk lady Wang Jun is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. There are many Russians staying in the hotel, and it feels like being in a foreign hotel when having breakfast.

GGuest UserОстанавливались в отеле второй раз за две недели для транзита между вылетом из Яньцзы. Во второй раз заселили в тот же самый номер, что и до этого – номер 520. Отель уже не молодой, раньше считался одним из самых дорогих в Хуньчуне, но теперь предлагает доступные цены. Наш номер оказался просторным и светлым, хотя мебель и ковролин давно нуждаются в обновлении. Вероятно, им бы пригодилась химчистка, но в целом номер был чистым, и убирались в нем регулярно – четыре балла из пяти.
Приезжали мы зимой, и в номере было приятно тепло, хотя при сильном ветре из окон дул прохладный воздух. В номере нашлось все необходимое: чайник, кружки, чай, две бутылки воды, сейф, большая кровать (правда, она показалась нам жестковатой), а также уютный гостиный уголок с креслом, столиком и стульями. Телевизор был большим, но, к сожалению, без русских каналов. Зато сигнал Wi-Fi был отличным. В ванной комнате нас ждала ванна и душ, а также предоставили халаты, тапочки, гель для душа, шампунь, бритвенный набор, кондиционер, мыло, шапочка для душа. Даже утюг и гладильная доска оказались в нашем распоряжении.
За такие деньги (2800 за сутки) мы остались довольны номером, особенно учитывая, что в стоимость входил завтрак. Выбор завтрака не ошеломлял разнообразием, но для нас главное, что можно было насладиться горячим бульоном с лапшой на выбор и вкусной яичницей. Горячие блюда, салаты и закуски тоже были в ассортименте, хотя выпечки и десертов не было. Кофе предоставлялся, но он оставлял желать лучшего, в то время как чай Липтон был в порядке. Голодными мы точно не остались, ведь всегда можно было найти что-то для перекуса.
Отель располагается в отличном месте – в самом начале торговой улицы, что делает удобным перемещение по городу. Напротив отеля находится хороший ресторан ”Пекин”, а рядом есть магазинчик с разнообразными мелочами, конфетами и напитками.
Процесс заселения прошел быстро и без лишних сложностей. Поселили даже раньше обычного, без каких-либо вопросов. В целом, рекомендуем этот отель – замечательное соотношение цены и качества.
