ННадежда Мунthis is a very beautiful and magnificent hotel! i am staying here for the first time! the guys at the reception are very friendly and welcoming. they speak different languages, which is very convenient for foreign guests. the hotel is made in beautiful color combinations. soft bed, wide and spacious room, delicious and varied breakfast. beautiful hall with a photo zone. i recommend this hotel and want to come back here again!

GGuest UserDecoration at 8.9am, very big noise frame smashing the wall, lasting 3 hours, can not rest at all. The front desk didn't prompt to inform at all, speechless. I called the front desk, who told them that the drug store next door was renovating, but didn't tell them, and they didn't know... This was the front desk's answer that there was no solution at all. After continuing to smash the wall for 1 hour, I called the front desk to ask for the earplugs, which took more than 40 minutes to be delivered. I can't rest at all and I'm going to die. The front desk also needs training, customers ask questions, at least think of solutions..
Ps The room was clean and hygienic with good facilities

UU3QThe room was quite spacious. It's clearly an older hotel; the decor is a bit dated, but the facilities are complete, with a small table, chairs, etc. The only downsides are the lack of a mini-fridge and the less-than-ideal soundproofing. Breakfast is complimentary for members and is delicious.
The location is also great, about a 10-minute taxi ride from the seafood street, and Tianxian Baofan (a type of rice noodle roll) is right across the street. Overall, a good experience.

GGuest UserThe location is good, you can walk around. The hygiene is very poor. Some guest's soy milk was thrown on the floor and not cleaned up. The quilt also has a peculiar smell. The facilities are also in tatters, and feel like they have been patched up for another year. The soundproofing is not good. When I was lying in bed at night, it seemed like the people in the next room were talking right above my head. There is no elevator, so you need to walk upstairs with your suitcases. As soon as I entered the room, I slapped two fat, bloody mosquitoes to death. Just deal with it.

The breakfast is plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options to satisfy different guests' preferences. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet area! A fantastic stay!

What reassures me is that the toiletries in the hotel are disposable, clean and free! I have stayed in so many hotels and few have smart toilets! The newly purchased apples were accidentally left behind, and the customer service front desk called and sent a message to retrieve them. They asked for their names, Cui Bingqian and Cao Bo. I hope the hotel management can give praise when they see it. Thank you so much. It's an old hotel and the sanitation is relatively clean. I will choose to stay again next time.
