GGuest UserI reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.

GGuest UserWe loved our stay at Enrise by Sayaji. A very clean and well maintained property, the staff is very courteous. The service is top notch. The facilities were very good too.
However I would have loved to have more variety in the breakfast spread. The buffet dinner had very few options so it was an average experience for us. But the staff is kind to take suggestions and have assured us that they work on improving.
We liked our stay at Enrise very much.

b) can you call a taxi for me, answer i can't help.
c) can you make a restaurant reservation, answer i can't help.
basically they do not want to help at all at the front counter.

GGuest UserRoom service & toiletoiers are up to mark. Resturant is little congested. Queen size Bed is comfortable for tall guy. Overall looks good since there are couple of option available in the Chakan area with medium budget.

GGuest UserI stayed here for a business trip. This was my first time staying at a Marriott group hotel in Pune, and even though it was a Fairfield, I had high expectations, but I think my expectations were too high.
The good points were that there was plenty of bottled water (4 bottles) and the queen-size bed was comfortable. Also, the front desk staff were polite.
The bad points were that there were no slippers and the glass partition in the shower was only half-way, so after taking a shower, the water flowed down to the floor on the toilet side.
Also, since it's an Indian hotel, it can't be helped, but the breakfast was mainly Indian food. I couldn't help but eat Indian food, so I chose something other than Indian food for breakfast.
The price with breakfast was cheaper than the other hotels I was considering, so I think I'll return. However, the next time I stay, I'll bring my own slippers.

KKThe services available are swimming pool (strictly swimming costumes), water park, gym, paid spa, game zone, restaurant. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. Having all kinds of indian dishes also some western dishes. The nearest good restaurant is Rama krishan hotel. Rama krishan serves non veg and veg food. Welcomes foreigner ls as well.

GGuest UserNot a 4 star level hotel. No one to take the luggage to the room, not even guiding where the room is. ”Here is your key, thank you”.
Bathroom doors in the room dont have locks from outside so they stay open all the time, our bathroom was full of foul smell, cockroach, and bad lighting. Though after we requested they changed our room, the later one was better. But definitely not a 4 star hotel.
