Good rooms, good food options, really helpful and polite staff. Very good location, near Inox and railway station. They offer convenient day stay which is a different offering.

The hotel is very nice and excellent. Mr. Jagdish, chef Bhushan, Chef Suraj, chef dharmendra provided excellent service. Will definitely visit again, Mr. Nainesh, Mr. Ganesh, Ms. Rekha, Mr. Deepak, Ms. Sneha provided great service.

Great service provided by the hotel. Mr. Nainesh was very nice and helpful, Chef Bushan, Chef Dharmendra, Chef Amol, Chef Abid provided excellent service. Mr. Jagdish is a gem of a person. Will definitely visit again.

It was a lovely experience for the stay at the hotel. Mr Nainesh at the front desk was very helpful during the course of stay. Was a lovely experience. Recommend to stay whenever you visit Pune. Nice locality and very near to prominent places around

The overall experience is amazing... Staff was very co operating including the baggage attender to IT incharge. Mr. Avinash, IT incharge has been very helpful through out the stay. Food was awsome. Enjoyed the stay. Keep up the good service. All the best and Thank you.

The hotel is very nice and spacious. Mr. Jagdish is gem of a person. He takes care of our food and services very nicely. The rooms are very nice.

Very courteous & loving staffs. I am grateful to Nainesh for helping me. Actually, my return flight from Pune was at 5PM and based on the the booking voucher I needed to checkout at 10AM. However, recognising that it was too early for me to checkout amidst the hot climatic conditions, Nainesh organised an extended check-out at 12 noon which allowed me to take an extended rest after some tiresome work-journey over the last 5days. Their lobby is extraordinary comfortable for anybody to sit, sit and do official work on a laptop -which I did before I set out for the airport. I grateful for their Bell-caption for his readiness to keep my baggages in his custody till I left the hotel. I strongly recommend the property for business travel & conferences.
