Room full of mosquitoes
Dead mosquitoes on the floor on the bed
Worst there is a syndicate among house keeping to open lap top bags and steal money

brekafast good, food good, location good, but one reception not helpful
asked three questions.
a) can i have an extra key, answer i can' help.
b) can you call a taxi for me, answer i can't help.
c) can you make a restaurant reservation, answer i can't help.
basically they do not want to help at all at the front counter.
behavior of young reception , not interested to resolve customers needs.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel - Room #603. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Ejaj Patel went above and beyond to make sure my stay was smooth and enjoyable—his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a real difference. Staff like him elevate the whole experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

I had such a wonderful experience during my stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — everything was perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed place to stay.

The hotel is abiut 20 Minutes from Pune Airport, close to major roads leading through Pune. However, it is tucked away in a small street 100 meters from the main road so you don't hear traffic at all. I stayed in a Business Apartment, which is a good combination of a mid sized appartment and a full serviced Hotel. If you stay for a week or longer, it is ideal for you. You get toom service, room cleaning, there is a good equipped kitchenette with fridge+freezer, hot plate and a microwave. Busines corner for work, living room and a good sized bedroom with comfortable matrac. Breakfast include local and international food. Restaurant is open 7am - 11pm, roomservice is 24h. All in all I enjoyed my stay, unfortunately did not have time for the well equipped gym and pool area. You shops and restaurants within walking distance. Alternatively you can take a tuk tuk. I am looling forward to visit again.

477 / 5 000 I would like to share my best experience with accommodation, food and all the services provided by the residence. I am a long-term guest and the care I receive helps me a lot to adapt to a long stay in a foreign country. My personal thanks go especially to Mr. Rajgopal who takes great care of my room, all the reception staff as well as the restaurant staff. The hotel management makes sure on a daily basis that I receive all the services I expect.
