Nous avons apprécié, le petit déjeuner, le confort et la propreté de la chambre ainsi que l'aide organisée pour que nous puissions récupérer un flacon oublié dans la chambre. (Dans un hôtel parisien trois étoiles, je n'avais pu obtenir la même assistance.)

Très bon accueil et rapport qualité prix imbattable ! Je recommande particulièrement le restaurant où l’on vous sers de bons petits plats vraiment fait maison….petits pâté chaud en entrée et Parmentier de boudin noir…un régal! Merci à la cuisinière qui ne manque pas de savoir faire!

accueil trés agréable ,personnel souriant chambre trés propre calme malgré l hotel complet , petite bouteille d'eau , literie confortable linge de toilette suffisant petit déjeuner parfait buffet à volonté trés varié un trés grand choix entre la charcuterie, les fromages les viennoiseries et autres pains et gateaux différents , jus de fruits frais etc enfin un restaurant à l'excellent rapport qualité prix 3 entrées au choix ,3 plats au choix 3 desserts au choix ,tout était délicieux ,et copieux Je recommande cet hotel et ne manquerai pas d'y revenir lors d'un éventuel passage à Autun

Équipe jeune et attentive. Très bonne table. Cadre agréable. Chambre calme et propre. Très bien placé. Il faut se mettre en appétit en allant à la cascade de Brisecou et flâner dans le centre en rentrant.

Il faut vraiment se méfier des conditions d'annulation. 48 h avant c'est gratuit mais après quelque soit votre motif c'est entièrement payant. Pas moyen de discuter avec la gérante fermée comme une porte de prison et qui vosu renvois à *********** et *********** vice-versa.

Méfiez vous des conditions d'annulation si vous ne les faites pas dans les temps (2 jours avant c'est gratuit) pars ils vous facturent le prix de la location pour des sois disant frais. Inutile de chercher à négocier ils sont fermes dans leur bottes.

J'y ai juste déjeuner par hasard, ne connaissant aucun restaurant sur place. La serveuse est rayonnante, et les plats délicieux. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. J'ai adoré également la déco de la salle. J'ai maintenant un pied à terre à Autun pour manger.

Un super accueil de la part du jeune réceptionniste à 17h qui nous a aidée à monter nos valise et qui nous a aidez à stationner le véhicule au parking. On le retrouvera ensuite au petit soin le pour dîner qui est parfait ! Nous reviendrons!! continuer ainsi !!

Can’t quibble with these accommodations. The room was modern and fine and everything worked. Staff showed flexibility on dinner choices but don’t speak a lot of English. Breakfast nothing special, but there are good boulangeries in Autun.
