Entrance of the building with strong ******** odor. Room with cigarette smell. Breakfast a bit poor: no milk, no eggs, yogurt not cold. Shower with some repairs needed. HVAC machine with no remote control.

I wouldn’t stay here again, it was fine as I was only here 3 nights. But the room wasn’t very clean, the towels smelt horrible luckily I had my beach towel with me so I used that. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable, I folded the duvet over twice to make it a bit more comfy. The shower was very dirty, there’s no fridge in the room to keep anything cold, no glasses or cups. The balcony is all rusted and covered in spiderwebs so I couldn’t hang anything up to dry. Really the only plus is the location right in front are lots of cafes and restaurants.

There's no safety support for elderly person in the bathroom. No stove or fridge in the room

Good place to stay. Worth money. Have AC but no remote control to use it. Bathroom is clean and hot water available.

The location is amazing… I stay in the 014 it’s nice but petite a lot of stairs to go up if you have luggage not easy. The room was to cool when I arrived late. I could not find any information about internet service and password… I arrived at 00.30 and of course no reception, it’s a self checking that works perfect… Clean and goo!!!!

Horrible, nothing to do with the photos that appear. The location we looked for the hotel and it turned out that it was a portal door. Nothing about the hotel and a check-in machine to enter. Come on, no one is attending to you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. I haven't been able to sleep all night because of the strong musty smell there is. He is hymnman. All very old.

My wife and I really enjoyed living in the most beautiful place in Aveiro. Nice room, close to many cafes, restaurants, bars, near a canal, and the Forum shopping center. Central street, railway and bus stations. Convenient to go to the ocean. In general, guys, we are delighted!

The images on the internet don't match what we saw when we arrived, the shower barely worked, the air conditioning didn't work, there was a lot of noise in the streets at night, the bathroom door fell on me... I was able to sleep … I went to sleep at 2AM because the noise on the street was great and the heat was too… BUT… I'm giving my opinion because it's not what it promises to be…

The room was very well located but the rest left a lot to be desired. It was terribly cold in the room and even though we had air conditioning we didn't have the remote, we called the two numbers in the accommodation and none of them answered us, not even when I called to ask for help with check in. There is no customer service from them, this is unbelievable, I know we have to be understanding considering the price but I really was quite… I woke up with an animal in the room, the walls and baseboards were cracked and damaged… In the shower the glass wasn't secure It felt like the door could fall down at any moment, it didn't even hold the door open. The sound was terrible, we could hear the couple next door talking, we could hear people going up the stairs even though we didn't even have a room close to them...

The hotel does not meet expectations, the photographs advertised on trip have nothing to do with reality, they should fix the damage. We thought it had a jacuzzi on the roof that we never found. As for the location, it is very good, everything is close at hand to be able to walk, the cleaning girls are very nice and every morning they bring you clean towels and make your bed, they also help you with whatever you need. Overall rating: Could be improved

Everything is normal for the price, the house is an old monastery type, small room, and yes, it is central.
