L’hotel è fresco di un rinnovamento parziale che credo proseguirà. La location è bella e strategica rispetto a molte attività. Camera molto bella e pulitissima. Ambienti molto moderni e curatissimi. La ristorazione è improntata un po’ di più sui gusti degli ospiti di oltre Alpi che per gli italiani ma sicuramente di qualità. Il buffet sia per la cena che per la colazione è un po’ ristretto nelle portate ma anche negli spazi di movimento. Il personale è molto carino ed efficiente. L’area benessere è nuova, curata, ma molto piccola rispetto al potenziale dell’hotel. La piscina, bellissima, ma non c’è separazione tra adulti e bambini, e non sempre le necessità convergono. Comunque per passarci un week end è perfetto. Per farci una settimana intera non saprei.

Das Hotel Viertler in Hafling ist für uns immer eine Reise wert. Wir fühlen uns bei der Ankunft gleich wie zu Hause. Das Personal ist immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Küche ist hervorragend. Das Wellness-Angebot ist vielfältig.

So ein tolles Hotel. Traumhaft ruhig, tolles Ambiente, Sternewürdige Küche, irre nettes Personal, das jederzeit hoch professionell und dennoch immer wirklich nahbar und herzlich ist Man kann nur unbedingt einen Urlaub hier empfehlen (Region Südtirol als Traum-Destination außen vor;-) ) wenn man echte Erholung und Entschleunigung sucht Wir kommen gern wieder!!!

Rarely, if ever, has it been so difficult for us to leave because it was an incredibly wonderful vacation. One of the things that convinced us to book at the beginning was the great service from reception. Big compliments to all the staff and big compliments to the great facilities, the attention to detail in every nook and cranny, everything extraordinarily well thought out and every meal a feast for the palate. We have never experienced anything to complain about and we have been to many hotels, the Viertler is by far one of the better if not the nicest we have ever been to, simply because everything was just right! Thank you very much for this experience, we will be back very soon if they are not already fully booked because with this service everyone will definitely want to come back :)

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, überhaupt war das Personal zu jeder Zeit höflich, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Schwimmbad mit Innen- und Aussenbereich ist hervorragend, desgleichen der Saunabereich mit den verschiedensten Saunen. Auch die Mahlzeiten und Snacks waren sehr gut. Lediglich die Zimmer verdienen Kritik - hochfloriger Teppichboden ist weder zeitgemäß noch hygienisch. Unser Eindruck war, dass der Erdgeschoßbereich, sowie der Wellness-Bereich modern war, die Zimmer jedoch antiquiert. Schade, dass dies uns daran hindert eine bessere Beurteilung zu schreiben.

schönes ruhiges Hotel mit ,,neu,, angebauten Details wie Spa/Wellness /Speiseraum.....wirklich stylisch u gelungen sowie auch der Infinity Pool(beheizt) sowie der ( leise)Ruheraum.. familiär geführt...angenehme Atmosphäre...sehr freundliches Personal mit sehr gutem Service..(incl.Hotelleitung) Zimmer (Suite) mordern , sehr gross, wenngleich ein Teppichboden im Zimmer nicht hygienisch ist .. Wein etwas überteuert...1/4....11€ hm... dennoch Erholung pur...gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen/Bergbahnen ect...(Meran Card incl.) Tiefgarage mit genügend Stellplätzen.. für ein Wiederkommen vorgemerkt !!

Der Viertlerhof heisst jetzt Hotel Viertler, ist grösser geworden, hat mehr Personal, neue Zimmer, neues Schwimbad etc., aber eins ist geblieben: es ist einfach super und perfekt in allen Bereichen. Die 5 Sterne sind wohlverdient. Wir fühlen uns dort Pudelwohl. Seit fast 20 Jahren. Daher freuen wir uns jetzt schon auf 2025!
