Service at reception was great and on realising we had a lesser standard room than what was booked and paid for we were swiftly moved to a better one. Service on entering the restaurant both times was poor and we were left standing both times ignored by a few staff.
Hotel is tired and needing upgraded in most bits and the disgusting cigarette ashtray on entering the back door was overflowing and not emptied during our visit, not a good look at the doorway.

We happened to be staying on one of their Santa Claus weekends and the atmosphere was lovely with lots of excited kids. The staff were great dressed in xmas jerseys and a lot of elves about. The hotel was very warm and welcoming the staff excellent, and a very comfortable room.

We stayed at this hotel on their Valentines weekend deal and we really enjoyed our stay. For a very good price we had a lovely quiet room decorated with rose petals and chocolates and a very welcome bottle of prosecco. Also included was a lovely 2 course meal in the italian restaurant with a bottle of wine and then 2 free cocktails. The hotel also put on some entertainment which was very enjoyable. Our room was warm and spotless, all staff were welcoming and friendly and the deal was definitely worth it. I would recommend this hotel and we would visit and stay again in the future.

This large complex is an easy walk to the Main Street in Aviemore. Train and bus station, shopping and walking. The restaurants are great. We didn’t bring bathing suits so can’t comment about the indoor water park.

L'hébergement comprend plusieurs types d'hotels différents. Cest donc compliqué de trouver le bon à l'arrivée. Passé cela, il est indiqué qu'il y a une grande piscine, il faut savoir qu'elle ferme à 17h30, donc si vous voulez un peu de calme apres la route, arrivez tôt. La piscine est dans un autre complexe tout comme le petit déjeuners. Pour manger le soir prevoir que les restaurants arrêtent de servire à 19h30. La ville est un lieu de passage juste pour dormir et les multiples cars de touristes nous le rappel. Le rapport qualité-prix nest pas à la hauteur pour juste passer une nuit et payer 172 euros sans pouvoir profiter des équipements, devoir manger tôt et faire un escape game pour trouver comment le compexe fonctionne. 3 etoiles parce que c'était propre et petit déjeuners bien fournis

Upgraded to suite in Morlich hotel. Very roomy, comfortable and clean.
4 HotelS are situated in a campus style parkland, therefore restaurants and facilities are spread between the four, and not all located in the hotel into which you book, contrary to the impression on the website. Not a disadvantage, unless it is raining. Disappointed with dinner in sister hotel - service very good, food average, cost expensive.
Large shopping area, which closes at 5 pm., just before most visitors are returning from their day out. Should it not stay open until, say, 7 pm?

room not cleaned for 2 days, complained to Manager whom informed me they were extremely busy, Impossible to use lift lift a bus party arrives as they all queue with suitcases to go tom rooms, same in morning trying to get a table at breakfast, tour parties have clearly marked tables, overall very poor

Called the reception to explain to them my AirPods had been left on the side table, they contacted house keeping to then tell me nothing had been found. Be careful with your items in this hotel in what you leave lying about. I

Bedroom was tired and needed a proper clean, bathroom door was rotten at the bottom from shower water, bathroom extractor fan did not work. Also, they do not serve breakfast in this hotel - you need to walk to the Highlands Hotel about 300 metres away for breakfast, NOT a great idea in Autumn in Scotland when it's raining. The only restaurant is Italian - if you don't want that then again you need top walk to another of the resorts hotels. Altogether and very poor set up./
