"Modern design. Pantry well equipped with microwave, plates and cutlery. House not far from the town, near to Tesco and Aldi stores. Required digital check in. Check out is seamless. However, do not expect daily housekeeping services. I contacted the receptionist for housekeeping after 2 days, she just told me to call the housekeeper instead. The room is not sound proof, can easily hear next door conversation and passing cars on the street."

"We had a fantastic stay at Ravenscraig Guest House. The B&B is conveniently located, and we often left our car to walk to shopping, cafes and dinner. The cabins where we stayed were sparkling clean, comfortable and quiet. The hosts and wait staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious. We enjoyed the town, the hiking .. the entire atmosphere of both the guest house and the area. We look forward to staying here again!"

"This hotel is strongly advised to be avoided. Because it's located in the town center, it's very popular and therefore doesn't care about bookings, completely ignoring customer needs. I booked a month in advance and requested a quiet room, but was given the noisiest one. There was a constant, loud roaring noise from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Upon investigation, I discovered that the restaurant kitchen was right below the room, and the powerful exhaust fan vent was right outside my window. The hotel exhibits serious discrimination; the guests are mostly middle-aged and elderly white people, and they deliberately give the worst rooms to Asians. The wait for a table at the restaurant is over an hour. I recommend avoiding this hotel; there are many other hotels to choose from in the surrounding area."

"The check-in was very easy via the self-check-in. We loved the room - very spacious, clean, modern. The bathroom was clean and modern, too. There were more than enough towels. The beds were very comfortable. Although the room went towards the main street, it was very quiet inside the room (day and night). The breakfast was perfect - anything anyone might wish for!"
