Stayed two nights in this hotel and generally enjoyed it.
Pros:
Great location just next to a few plazas with loads of restaurant choices. Clean room with a huge window, very nice for taking pictures.
Cons:
The reception desk was barely helpful and avoid answering questions other than handling the checkin checkout process.
The car park discount didn’t worked

Stayed 3 nights in a Junior Suite. Didn’t have breakfast. Location perfect for exploring and access to the train station etc. Plenty of restaurants literally outside the door, albeit varied in quality. Lovely dual aspect room, though was split level, so steps maybe an issue for some. The downside of over looking the square is noise from about 6am. Comfortable bed though.

There were many things about this hotel to like. The rooms were comfortable for us and our friends, breakfast was tasty and varied, the location is good because it is both close to the wall of the medieval city and close to the action within the wall. The staff was friendly and helpful, as well. We were fortunate to find this gem.
