The room is hot and humid. The shower room is too small to move. Every day, I watch a group of ants crawling around and crawling. I am completely sorry for this price. "The front desk service was excellent. We ran out of hand sanitizer, and they immediately brought us a new one. The hotel only had one bottle of multi-purpose hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo, all from the same bottle. There was a small desk and a small kitchen table, and the bathroom was quite spacious. It's a 10-minute walk from the train station, and the Imperial Palace Hotel is also 10 minutes away. It's very convenient, with a great location and free luggage storage."

"We stayed as a family for four nights and had a lovely time. We got a short taxi ride from Avignon station and was greeted by Mathilde at reception who spoke excellent English despite my wife knowing some French. The rooms are fine, a little tired in places but comfortable and cool from the air con whilst it was 30 degrees outside. We ate at the restaurant two of the nights and it was such a lovely, calm and relaxing atmosphere, the service was excellent and the food was very nice and they also catered for children. The swimming pool area is large and very peaceful with lots of sunbeds for everyone and toilets by the pool. Nothing is a problem to the staff and we were looked after so well, in particular Mathilde, her mum and her sister, thank you, we are all looking forward to returning!"

"The hotel is located in the old city, so you need to find a place to park by yourself. But the good thing is that we can easily find a location nearby every time. The hotel rooms were renovated from old houses, and the bathrooms are slightly smaller, but they are nothing compared to the charm of the old city. Sufficient for bathing use. The room has thoughtfully added heating equipment at different locations, so there is no need to worry about getting cold when traveling in winter. There is also a family-style breakfast, which is elegant and delicious. The boss is very interesting and will introduce the hotel and nearby restaurants in an interesting way. Enthusiastic and full of French humor, he is a very good person. It is usually very close to the nearby church market or the Papal Palace. We drove to Arles and Stone Town, also within an hour. It is recommended to experience the style of the medieval ancient city."
