"Last night, we checked into a hotel that had originally booked two rooms, one twin and one double. After finally finding the hotel, they told us that both rooms had air conditioning problems and we had to take our three large suitcases to another Mercure hotel, a seven-minute walk away. The room there was noticeably older and lacked any amenities. Also, the twin room we booked became a double room, and there was no hairdryer or slippers, unlike the other room which had both – a clear difference."
