Amazing
TT5-HammerIf you’re looking for a unique historic experience in Avignon, I strongly recommend this hotel. The wall of the room was several hundreds years old and we felt like drawn into a time trip. Veronique and Fabrice were very kind and we could stay comfortably as Fabrice recommended us many good restaurants.

AAnonymous UserIt is said that it is a hotel where Napoleon has lived. In fact, I personally don't like this kind of hotel built in the old house. After all, all kinds of furniture and bathroom equipment are a bit old. Especially the hotel's breakfast is really average, there are not many to eat, plus the waiter's English is enough, so the experience is not very good.
The hotel is strategically located in the center of the old city, so it is a monument and a convenient travel.

CChengzi/xianshengThe hotel has a large parking lot for free parking. The hotel garden has a nice view. Friends who like to take pictures will be satisfied. The breakfast is good and delicious. The front desk staff is also warm and courteous. However, when I checked in and entered the room, I found that the quilt cover and pillowcases had not been changed that day. I gave them directly. I used it and saw the stains on it, which was disgusting... The location of the hotel was difficult to find. The GPS guided us to a path in the reed marsh. There were several big rocks blocking the road at the end of the path...

GGuest UserThe owner of the house is an artist who lived in China for 9 years, and the interior is filled with many Chinese elements. The host was very considerate and enthusiastically introduced the attractions, restaurants and transportation routes of A**ong, and also prepared lemonade. The hotel is in a great location, just inside the city wall, only a 15-minute walk from the centre train station, and all attractions are within walking distance

BBonnieFungThe traffic is quite convenient, the taxi can go directly into the parking lot, take the elevator directly to the lobby, some stairs, not friendly to the cart. Very close to the Pope's Palace, walk for 3-4 minutes.
Breakfast is good, freshly squeezed orange juice is very good, you can bring your own water cup to pack, but it is best to drink it in1-2 hours.
The room is small and there is no view. Open the window will be a bit noisy.
The service is OK, if you tip, you will be very happy 😂

Service: The staff is very friendly and helpful, the bathroom in the room is very clean, it can be seen that people often clean it, like it! In the morning, there is a simple breakfast, bread heating coffee, simple fruit.
Environment: Very convenient in the city center
Hygienic: Very good, that is, there is no trash can in the room 🗑️, it is inconvenient, I got a garbage bag myself.
Facilities: The elevator is broken, uncomfortable, and everything else is fine. The only shortcoming is that the elevator is broken. I walked two floors with a 29-inch oversized luggage before I arrived in my room. If you need an elevator, it is not recommended here. Everything else is perfect!

KKaliboliujieGreat location, just outside the Old Town and right next to it! Excellent service, and the guy at the front desk was super handsome and had a cool, confident vibe! The breakfast restaurant also had a very handsome staff member! Everyone was just so good-looking! The only downside was the parking, which was €13 per day. It was perfect for resting our feet after a day of exploring the Old Town!

GGuest UserHotel is OK for one night stay. The room is a little small. There is a small swimming pool. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel connecting to the city of Avignon. The price is a bit high, but this is the Avignon Festival time so I can understand.
