酒店地理位置非常好，靠近老城城牆和阿維尼翁市區火車站。去老城各景點步行即可，非常方便。附近也有不少餐廳酒吧。

A very well located hotel with very nice staff at reception and breakfast service.
The reception and lounge areas are nice and well decorated.
Rooms are renovated but not to high standards and bed is very uncomfortable sadly... So rooms does not reflect a 4 star hotel.
However reception area and breakfast are not bad.
A mixed experience but fir the price it was ok if we consider this hotel a 3 star quality hotel.

酒店的一切都挺好，裝修和衞生條件方面都還不錯，但是酒店的前台存在很大的問題。並非指所有前台工作人員，而是前台某一位在2022年晚上10點到晚上11點期間當值的瘦高的中年男士非常粗魯，2022年1月7日晚上10點左右回到酒店的時候發現大門已經關上，於是按鈴，但是前台沒有人，於是多按了幾次，結果過了一會兒當值的那位前臺中年瘦高男士罵罵咧咧地來開門，對着作為顧客的我大喊大叫，之後竟然還不依不饒地跟我發生爭論，然後指責作為顧客的我按鈴幾乎吵醒了整棟酒店（第二天跟前台另一位工作人員反映這個情況之後，工作人員表示按鈴衹是在前台和工作人員隨身攜帶的電話機上有顯示，而奇怪的是，昨晚在按鈴的同時並沒有聽到那位工作人員有通過電話機讓我稍微等一下，所以我才會多按了幾次鈴）。後來我表達這位工作人員的態度讓我感到很不舒服，而且這種大喊大叫的行為像是在對待一個**，這位工作人員回答“是的，就是在對待一個**”。綜上，已經不是按鈴這件事情這麼簡單了，這位工作人員的職業素養，還有待人接物明顯地不符合酒店工作人員應該具備的，並且面對不同的客人明顯感覺出了種族歧視，已經投訴，正在等着酒店方面給出迴應。想着預訂這家酒店的顧客請一定三思而後行，如果遇到那位瘦高中年男士可能會讓人感到極度地不舒服。

1) Le siphon du lavabo sentait mauvais. 2) j'ai eu froid, impossible d'avoir une température de 20 degré dans la chambre 3) la baignoire était trop petite pour un adulte et le robinet vous rentrait dans le dos.

Séjour impromptu dû à la grève SNCF, cet hôtel près de la gare, classique - chic est d'un bon rapport qualité prix ( 2 nuits avec petit déjeuner pour 150 €.). Ma chambre et sa salle de bain ( bain + douche italienne) étaient de bonnes tailles et le petit déjeuner très complet et bon.
