Thomas and Julie are wonderful hosts. The attention to detail is perfect, and they really go out of their way to help. We attended a conference at the university and stayed in the top duplex for 4 nights. Everything is close by, and the property has wifi and aircon which is becoming a must in Europe. Location is perfect and hosts are perfect. The property is very well equipped, they really thought of everything, and are very responsive to requests. two issues, which I’m only including so that the review is complete: it’s a climb up a couple of winding staircases, so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, and the water pressure in the shower was not great. But everything was so wonderful I almost feel bad saying anything negative… we hope to return!

The apar**ent was in the center of the pedestrian area, a 5-minute walk from the Palazzo dei Papi, nearby there were grocery stores and the Carrefour supermarket. The owner, Thomas, is very kind and helpful, and he gave us useful information for getting around the city even before we left and where to park the car. We parked in the free Des Italiens car park and arrived by shuttle at 150 m. from the apar**ent. The apar**ent was very clean and large and quiet, with a functioning kitchen and with the necessary cooking equipment, in fact we had breakfast in the room. If we were to return to Avignon I would book this property again
