Nice hotel with very nice people:)) could reserve breakfast by telling ibis people in advance if you need to check out before breakfast time starts!

The hotel is dirty. The aircon is very weak, it’s very hot in the room, I don’t recommend it especially in hot summer. The location is ok as it’s close to the station.

This ibis is on the edge of the city, and you can see the ancient city wall from the window, so it is very convenient to go in and out of the city, without having to shuttle through the crowded city. There is a parking space next to the hotel, free from 19:00 to 9:00. There is a very large supermarket nearby, the price is very cheap, and you can also refuel, the price of oil is also very cheap. You can also park your car there, but remember not to leave anything in the car. The clerk is very enthusiastic, very friendly, and explained very clearly. The hotel has Chinese brochures, and following Guide Yang to play around the surrounding towns is very efficient.

The air conditioner will turn off automatically in the morning, so you won't be woken up by the heat. Check-in late at night, the front desk service attitude was good. The hotel's water dispenser provides ice water, and the lobby is air-conditioned. The hotel is next to the police station. It is recommended that after leaving the hotel during the day, you first walk along the left side, take pictures of the ancient city on the other side of the river, and then enter the city to visit the Papal Palace.

Needed a few minutes to get to the town centre on foot. Limited eating options in the immediate area. Cleaning staff did not follow the rule about not replacing towels unless requested. Overall - a good stay in a beautiful purpose built hotel with efficient and helpful staff.

Good location. Room was much smaller than it looked in pictures. Two small beds that were narrow and not much room to move in the room. It looked like a children’s room that would be attached to a main room. Service was good but thought it was very expensive for the room we were given.

Nice & Quiet at the wall of Avignon. Near tram to Avignon TGV or walk 45 minutes. Food and service was very good.

The hotel is well located, 5 minutes walk from the railway station and the old city center. Therr is a beautiful terrace with trees where you can take a drink or tale your breakfast. There is à bar. I particularly appreciated the excellent breakfast buffet. The rooms are modern and clean.

The hotel is very nice. Next to the the city center, the railway station.in front of the tramway. There is a bar and à small restauration service. I love the mega Croque-Monsieur. The breakfast buffet is veey nice.

An interesting stay . As a silver Accor member I wasn’t overly impressed with the welcome. . It’s not all about the free drink , which we didn’t get , but no advise offered re the local restaurants , places to go or even the free map which of course was in the information stand . But would have been a nice touch to have been offered it The room was clean . The towels and bed clean . However thankfully for us we are both 5 foot 1 thus the smallness of the room not a problem The bathroom is small and you have to have the door open for space . The shower is great though , hot and powerful . Towels fine The room walls are paper thin and noisy loud guests don’t give a good nights sleep . But for the price ok for overnight stop or our case two nights We had the breakfast which was worth it at 10euros . Selection of cold meats , bread , yoghurt , scrambled and boiled egg , pigs in blanket , meat and cheeses . croissant and cakes plenty of hot drinks and orange or apple juice For us the only side is the parking which effectively is not the hotels problem however you need to be aware . The parking at the back near Chemine de courtine isn’t safe . We had our van broken into and items stolen . At night the road is full of white vans offering “ladies” with the white light on for ‘services’ As I say not the hotels fault but I feel the need to share our break in so folks can avoid parking there . We ate at the Novotel a short walk up the road . Exquisite food and service and great price Forewarned is better than the surprise

Extremely serviceminded welcome to the hotel. Everything was under control and competent staff took care of things. Very pleasant stay. Recommended.
