Todo perfecto hasta que ….nos dieron una habitación doble en la cuarta planta sabiendo que el ascensor solamente llega a la tercera planta. No lo consentí pues íbamos cargados con maletas por lo que nos cambiaron a una habitación doble en la primera planta, Hace más el que quiere que el que puede … enfin !
Una noche de las más ventosas y un cristalito de la ventana al no estar pegado correctamente hizo un ruido insoportable durante toda la noche por lo que fue una noche sin poder pegar ojo . Lo mencioné a la mañana siguiente en recepción . No tuvieron ni un gesto de compensación en plan desayuno gratis.

Very good intramuros location for visiting Avignon. Very beautiful building located 4 minutes walk from Avignon Center train station and 11 minutes walk from the Palais des Papes. Good bedding. Welcome swimming pool.
We changed rooms 3 times, air conditioning breakdown at 35°...too many stairs. Bathrooms much too small with bathtub even in upgraded rooms.
Faded paintwork in the rooms. No one at the bar during our week-long stay. Elevators often broken down. Lack of attention to outdated personal breakfast. I think this hotel deserves 3*** and not 4**** as indicated.

Chambre dans la partie récente sans charme, peu pratiques, ameublement qui a mal vieilli, aucune décoration, des portes vitrées qui ne ferment plus. Des réparations deux matins de suite à 8h, dans des parties communes (ascenseurs) donnant sur la cour intérieur, donc avec énorme résonance pour réveiller toute personne qui aimerait encore dormir à cette heure. Petit déjeuner mal organisé et produits de mauvaise qualité. Seul atout : l'emplacement.

On préfère que l'équipément de l'établissement soit moins fatigué ou que le technicien soit plus disponible. Sans chauffage dans la salle de bain en plein hiver, pendant 5 nuits, c'est un peu décevant quand même pour 4 étoiles et le budget mis en jeu... Sinon, très sympa.

pas d'eau chaude donc changement de chambre à 23 h00. pas d'excuses de la part du responsable de nuit et aucun dédommagement petit déjeuner très mal organisé et peu copieux. certaines personnes et nous même avons du retourner au buffet plusieurs fois tant l'approvisionnement était insuffisant
