Herdade da Cortesia is a calm place in the middle of nowhere, therefore it’s the perfect place to have a calm and quiet experience. With a 3 minutes drive you get to Avis, a calm beautiful villa, with a supermarket where you can buy the basics. There are restaurants nearby but you should have a car to get there.

Mal entramos no hotel sentimos um cheiro imenso a esgoto e assim continuou o resto da estadia… O hotel é muito agradável mas pouco explorado, com tanta natureza apenas têm umas 10 cabritas. Tentámos ir ao picadeiro assim que abrimos o portão era uma simples arrecadação. Durante a nossa estadia apenas vimos mais 2 casais, com tanto tempo livre podiam cortar as ervas no exterior, limpar os vidros do restaurante que cortam a paisagem toda e dar uma melhoria no revestimento do hotel a madeira precisa de tratamentos. Os preços do restaurante são no mínimo ridículos… para os praticarem considero que deveriam evoluir muito mais ex: funcionários um pouco desleixados e o ambiente não é nada por aí além. Não foi péssimo mas também não repetia.

Hotel moderno, muito bonito e bem decorado, extremamente acolhedor. Todos os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e educados! Camas muito confortáveis, quarto bem climatizado. O hotel possui dois trilhos pedonais na natureza, relativamente fáceis de realizar. De salientar a excelente qualidade do pequeno almoço, com a hipótese de fazer ao momento diversos tipos de ovos, panquecas, omeletes, etc. Um ponto a melhorar é que poderia ter secador de cabelo no quarto!

Uma semana muito bem passada nos Montes de Charme, com vista soberba da albufeira do Maranhão e da vila de Avis. O sossego, a piscina,a simpatia de todo o staff, proporcionou umas férias repousantes e maravilhosas. O espaço está muito bem cuidado, cheio de detalhes pensados para o bem estar dos hóspedes. Para além de um pequeno almoço magnífico, existe a possibilidade de fazer refeições ligeiras ao almoço e todos os dias um jantar muito bem confeccionado pela Milú. Obrigada a todos por nos terem recebido tão bem.

Great place, great team (front desk and Food & Beverage). Pleasant and large swimming pool Super nice and time flexible breakfast up to our early morning balloons flights. Nice room, large showers, good beds. Wifi signal working well as per our business needs.

Hotel lindo, tranquilo, com um serviço óptimo e um excelente anfitrião. Vim cá um ano depois da inauguração e voltei agora, pela 4.a vez. E, será sempre para voltar. Um ginásio exemplar! A piscina super bonita. O restaurante 180 muito bom! Um dos melhores pequeno-almoços que conheço, simples mas com muita qualidade! Aconselho!

Uma experiência fantástica. Staff com uma atitude familiar. A D. Milu tem uma dedicação enorme aos hóspedes e faz uns jantares alentejanos muito bons. Um sítio que transmite uma paz e uma tranquilidade fantásticos. Experiência maravilhosa.
