El hotel está súper bien por el precio, el desayuno súper bueno, nos encantó. No tenemos quejas. Pero la ubicación no nos pareció buena, no recomendamos hacer turismo en Ávola si no es para ir a la playa porque es bastante aburrido y no tiene atracciones. Está bien para qued**** y traslad**** a Siracusa, pero no como para hacer turismo en si

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B dal 1 al 7 luglio con i nostri bambini.. Molto accogliente e personale disponibilissimo… Situato ad Avola con parcheggio comodo nelle vie limitrofe. Camera confortevole con un ampio bagno e doccia . Colazione servita in terrazza con prodotti freschi. Ampia scelta tra dolce e salato. Posto tattico per girare. Noi siamo stati all’isola delle correnti, San Lorenzo, Ragusa, Modica, Siracusa e vendicari

Bad neighbourhood, a lot of noise from barking dogs, motorcycles, and surprise, domestic fightings in the area and basic conditions. Far from the beach and city centre. They don't want to change the towels. Breakfast is basic, no continental at all. Bad coffee. We don't recommend the place

Posizione comoda per parcheggio auto e negozi. Inoltre strategica per visitare i dintorni sulla costa (sud) orientale. Camere situate in una palazzina di recente ristrutturazione e dallo stile moderno. Stanza essenziale, piccola, ma con comodo balcone. Pulizia quotidiana e set di cortesia. Buona la colazione servita ai tavoli in terrazza, con brioches, torte, cibo salato e frutta fresca. Personale cortese e disponibile.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura poiché situata ad Avola, a pochi km di distanza da Marzamemi, Noto, Siracusa. Il B&B gode di un’ottima posizione, essendo di fronte a diversi negozi, tra cui un supermercato, un panificio, un ufficio postale, ecc., raggiungibili in meno di un minuto a piedi. La spiaggia dista circa 900 metri, ma abbiamo preferito visitare altri posti, poiché più caratteristici. Le ragazze che lo gestiscono sono cordiali e simpatiche. Colazione ottima, nonostante le restrizioni Covid. La camera, molto pulita, è dotata di aria condizionata, tv e frigorifero, indispensabile durante l’estate. Abbiamo parcheggiato l’auto nella strada adiacente alla struttura. Consigliato per coppie o anche per famiglie.

Sicuramente b&b posto in zona ottima per visitare noto e dintorni...parcheggio facile da trovare gratuito nei dintorni. Buona colazione. Camera pulita televisione un po' piccola e con problemi di sintonizzazione ma nel complesso una buona struttura che consiglierei.
